How to Unlock and Upgrade Combo Finishers in Control Resonant

Before you use finishers, you need 15 Aberrant Strength to unlock them in Control Resonant. Once done, to unlock the finishers, you must follow these steps:

  • Hold the down button on the D-pad to enter The Gap.
  • Approach the towering monolith and interact with it.
  • From the menu, select the ‘Combo Finishers’ tab.
  • Spend 1 Living Shard to unlock a finisher.

The Living Shards are available from level bosses and vendors in exchange for 4,000 Source in Control Resonant. You will need one for each Combo Finisher. However, to upgrade a branch of the finisher, you will need different resources. When you unlock or upgrade the finishers, you get Aberrant Strength.
