All The Kortz Center Heist Requirements in GTA Online
To access The Kortz Center Heist in GTA Online, players need to own at least one mansion in the game. If you don’t own a mansion in the game yet, don’t worry. Once you launch GTA Online, take your phone, select Internet, and go to the ‘Prix Luxury Real Estate Website.’ You will need to purchase one of the three mansions in GTA Online: The Tongva Estate ($11,500,000), The Vinewood Residence ($12,200,000), and Richman Villa ($12,800,000).

However, buying a mansion is only the first step. Once you have purchased one, you will need to set up your base of operations inside the mansion. To do that, go to the Interior section and add the Art Studio upgrade to your mansion for $4,700,000.

How to Start The Kortz Center Heist in GTA Online
Once you have successfully purchased a mansion in GTA Online and set up the Art Studio, you simply have to head over to the base of operations to launch the all-new heist in the game. You can either go to the location marked with an “H” icon yourself or select the Art Studio option in the drop-down menu to teleport to the location.
After entering the room, a new cutscene will start. Mr. Faber and his chief fixer, Raf De Angelis, will brief you on all the Kortz Center exhibits you need to steal during the heist. Right after the cutscene ends, you can invite your squad to check out the art studio and plan for the heist together.
In addition, a counterfeiter named Yong Rae will take control of your art studio and begin crafting forged paintings. You will need these forgeries from your art studio to switch the targets inside the museum in the latest GTA 5 Online heist.
Lastly, you will need to register as a ‘Boss’ to access the planning board. So, open the Interaction Menu inside your mansion, select the “Register as Boss” option, and then choose either Securoserv CEO or Motorcycle Club President. Finally, click Start an Organization to become a CEO. Now, you can freely access the planning board and kick off the prep work for The Kortz Center Heist.
