You’ll have many different options to pick from for all these appearance features. With that being said, there is no character creation in Crimson Desert. This means that you won’t be able to create your character’s facial and physical features from scratch. Instead, you’ll simply be adding personal touches to the three playable characters on offer.
Besides this, you can also visit a Dyehouse to tweak the color and appearance of your armor, weapons, horse, and the missile-firing mech aptly named the War Robot.

To unlock the Barber Shop in the Greymane camp, you’ll need to complete the A Rumor at the Inksworth Bindery quest. This mission is part of the Solid Foundation faction questline, which sees you bring Connor, Oliver, and Eric to the Greymane camp in Howling Hills. After joining the camp, all three characters will set up a stall, and you can visit Eric’s stall to get access to the Barber Shop.
Getting to this quest could take you dozens of hours since you’ll have to run through the Gathered Will questline first. Once this questline is done, dispatch some Freeswords towards Howling Hills for some errands, which will let you unlock the Solid Foundation missions. These are more straightforward, as you’ll be following rumors to track down the locations of the three Greymane members mentioned above.
