The Ancient Meteoric Ore Greatsword is located in the Ruined Forge of Starfall Past in Scadu Altus. This place is pretty easy to find once you enter Scadu Altus after you beat Rellana, the Twin Moon Knight in Castle Ensis.

Once you have reached the Ruined Forge of Starfall Past, follow the steps below to find the Ancient Meteoric Ore Greatsword in Elden Ring DLC:

• From the Site of Grace, make your way over the small bridge and use the first lever. You can also find the Smithscript Spear here at the opposite end of the lever. The lever will open the door at the bottom, so jump down and continue moving through the open door.
• In the next room, go right through the narrow passage and use the ladder right next to the fire slime. Also, if you are wondering why my character looks like a dragon, then follow this guide.

• After using the ladder, head to the next room and run up using the broken debris to the door.

• Once you enter the next room, go near the right edge and drop down to the bridge below you.
• Now go straight and use the lever on the left side to open the next door. Drop down and go past the open doorway.

• There will be another lever right after you run through the open door. Use this lever and it will make the door next to you rise.
• Before the door closes entirely, jump on it to get boosted to the next platform.

• After reaching the above platform, use the Altar to obtain the Ancient Meteoric Ore Greatsword and the Ancient Dragon Smithing Stone in Elden Ring Shadow of the Erdtree.
