Honkai Star Rail: All Origami Bird Locations and Rewards

Honkai Star Rail 2.0 was released with a ton of new content, including missions, characters, and events. The Dreamchaser Bulletin event has a task to find 10 Origami Birds in HSR, which can be troublesome if you are not paying attention to your surroundings. Besides finding the first 10 Origami Birds, there are in total 60 of them in the 4 areas. Collecting all of the Origami birds for each area will provide bigger rewards. Here are the locations of all the Origami Birds in Penacony.

How to Find Origami Birds in Honkai Star Rail

Origami Birds are one of the unique characters of Penacony. They are only found in the Dreamscape and have different colors for different areas. Origami Birds are hidden throughout the Dreamscape of Penacony in various different things.

However, all of them have their crest stuck out while hiding. So, to find them, all you need to do is keep a lookout for unusual things with their hair sticking out. Getting near them will give the Investigate option with a bird symbol. Investigating the area will then give the Yank option, which can be used to pull out the Origami birds from their hiding place.

If you are having trouble finding the Origami Birds in the Open World, you can also make the Garden of Tree guardians mark the Bird locations for each area in exchange for one Aideen Token. In case you’re short of the tokens, here’s how to get Aideen tokens in HSR.

HSR Origami Bird Locations in Golden Hour

Finding the 20 Origami Birds in Golden Hour is pretty easy and you don’t need to use the Aideen Tokens for them. Here are the 20 Origami Bird Locations in the Golden Hour of Penacony.

1. Young Master Gold: Inside Clockie Statue

The first Origami Bird most players find in the game is the Clockie Statue. Players are taken to Clockie Statue during the Trailblaze mission and while talking with Firefly, the Origami Bird draws Trailblazers’ attention. The Origami bird is stuck on the eye of the Clockie Statue.

2. Resilient Bird: Inside Hanu’s Adventure Near Dreammerse Shopping Street

The next easily found Origami Bird is located inside Hanu’s Adventure mini-game, near the Dreammerse Shopping Street teleport point. Players head there during the Good Omen, My Friend mission with Sparkle (disguised as Sampo) and Firefly, and play the Hanu’s Adventure mini-game for the first time. Inside the mini-game, you will come across a cabinet with the Bird’s crest sticking out.

3. Soaring Bird: Inside Baloon Outside Hanu’s Adventure

The 3rd Origami Bird in HSR is located near the same Hanu’s Adventure mini-game mentioned above. Near the TV, you will find an unbreakable Baloon with the bird’s crest sticking out. Yank on the feather to get your 3rd Origami bird.

4. Naughty Bird: Inside Fire Hydrant East of Soul Glad Trolley

The next Origami Bird location is East of the SoulGlad Trolley in Golden Hour. Here you will find a Fire Hydrant on the side street with three bird feathers sticking out. Yank all three to pull out the origami bird.

5. Fan-Spoiling Bird: Inside Ice Cream Trolley In Oti Mall

Head to the Oti Mall Teleport point and look for the Ice Cream Trolley near it. Inside the Ice Trolley, you will find the next Origami Bird feather sticking out. Yank on it to get your 4th Origami Bird.

6. Cold-Fearing Bird: Inside Headlight of a Bike In Dreammerse Shopping Street

The 6th Origami bird in Golden Hour can be found inside the headlight of the bike showcased in the Dreammerse Shopping Street. Just head south of the teleport point, down the stairs, to find the location.

7. Fast Bird: Inside Side Rail In Clockie Plaza

You will find the Fast Bird south of the Clockie Statue. Head down using the leftmost staircase and continue until you find the feather sticking out of the side railing. Yank the feather three times to find the Fast Bird.

8. Groupie Bird: Inside the Pizza Poster In Dreammerse Shopping Street

Next, you can find the Groupie Bird inside a Pizza poster in Dreammerse Shopping Street. Head to the teleport point and go west until you see the big Pizza poster on the left. Here you will find the feather sticking out of Clockie’s nose in the poster. Yank on it to get your 8th Groupie Bird in Golden Hour.

9. Cowardly Bird: On a Tree Near Newspaper Trolley

The Cowardly Bird is hard to spot and we simply fatefully stumbled on it. It is located on a tree near the Newspaper trolley in Oti Mall. Head to the Oti Mall teleport point and head North towards the Newspaper Trolley. Then head East and find the tree located at the end, where you will find the Investigate option and then the Yank option.

10. Treasure Bird: Inside a Trashcan East of Clockie Statue

The Treasure Bird is located west of the Clockie Statue. Teleport to the Clockie Statue and head East to the street. Here you will find a trashcan with a feather sticking out. Yank it to get the Origami bird in Honkai Star Rail.

11. Classy Bird: Inside A Hotel Door West of Clockie Statue

The Classy Bird can be found on a Hotel door, west of the Clockie Statue. Head to the west street from the Clockie Statue and look at the hotels until you find the feather sticking out on one of the doors. Yank the feather to get the Classy Origami Bird.

12. Prudent Bird: Inside the Bench Next to Sweet Corner

The Prudent Bird is near the Sweet Corner Teleport point. Head to the teleport point and move towards the bench south of it. You will find a bench occupied by a man and a kit. Ignore them and head to the bench right behind them. Here you will find the feather of the bird sticking out of the bench, and you can yank the bird out.

13. Mischievous Bird: On the Round Table Chairs West of Sweet Corner

The Mischievous Bird is located on the Round table chair in Aideen Park, west of the Sweet Corner Teleport point. Move west of the teleport point and head up to stairs to find the round table and chairs. One of the chairs will have a feather sticking out, which you can yank to get the Mischievous Bird.

14. Foodie Bird: Next to Dancy, the Aideen Token Vendor

Foodie Bird can be found right next to Dancy, the Aideen Token vendor in the Aideen Park. Teleport to Aideen Park Teleport point and look for the vomiting man next to a lamp post. You will notice the Foodie bird on the floor next to Dancy.

15. Unlucky Bird: Under Plank Inside Hanu’s Adventure

The Unlucky Bird is found inside Hanu’s Adventure, west of the Reverie Hotel Entrance. Enter Hanu’s Adventure and reach the top of the cupboard to take the Jigsaw puzzle. Here you will also find the Origami Bird under a plank.

16. Fish-Loving Bird: Inside the Fish Poster West of News Paper Trolley

The Fish Loving Bird is located west of the News Paper Trolley in the Oti Mall. Head to the Oti Mall teleport point and move North to the News Paper Trolley. Next, move west until you enter the room with big posters on the right wall. Here in the Fish poster, you will find the feather sticking out.

17. Curious Bird: Inside SoulGlad Machine West of Reverie Hotel Entrance

Curious Bird can be found inside the SoulGlad machine, west of the Reverie hotel entrance. Head to the teleport point and move west until you see three SoulGlad machines on the side street. One of them will have the open valve option and inside you will find the Origami Bird in Penacony.

18. Cool Bird: In the SoulGlad Fountain West of Oti Mall

Cool Bird is located in the SoulGlad fountain, west of Oti Mall. Head West from the Oti Mall Teleport Point and once you reach the road, look for the fountain on the right. Head up the stars on the left of the mountain and here you will find the yank option.

19. Careless Bird: Inside the Clock North of Clockie Statue

Careless Bird is located North West of the Clockie Statue. Go North from the Clockie Statue Teleport point and then head west until you see the clock placed at the turning. The Clock head will have feathers sticking out, so yank them to get the Careless Origami Bird.

20. Artistic Bird: Inside Telescope Next to Dream’s Edge Entrance

Artistic Bird is located right next to the Dream’s Edge entrance. You will need to head up there using the Pinball machine, or teleport to the Dream’s Edge exit teleport point and exit from there. Look for the Telescope with two kids around it. Here you will find the feather sticking out.

HSR Origami Bird Locations in Dream’s Edge

Dream’s Edge has 10 Origami Birds spread throughout the area. Here are all the locations for the Dream’s Edge Origami Birds.

1. Bold Bird: Inside Red Billboard South of Dreamweaver Plaza

Bold Bird is located south of Dreamweaver Plaza teleport point. Head to the Teleport point and use the Dream Module to head to the next space. Look for the red billboard next to the ventilators. You will see the feather of the Origami bird sticking out.

2. Car-Loving Bird: Inside The Car East of Rooftop Garden

The Car-Loving bird can be found inside the displayed car placed east of the Rooftop Garden teleport point. Head east from the teleport point using the Dream’s Eye and find the car. The feather will be sticking out from the car’s bird showpiece on the hood.

3. Cunning Bird: Inside the Billboard Near Calyx Golden

The Cunning Bird can be found inside a billboard placed next to Calyx Golden. Teleport to Calyx Golden and use the stairs behind it go downwards. Here you will find the billboard with a feather sticking out.

4. Curious Bird: Inside Telescope Near Garden Tree

Curious Bird is located near the Garden Tree of Dream’s Edge. Head to the Garden Tree and then continue southward and up the stairs. Here you will find a telescope with three feathers sticking out. Yank each of the feathers until the Curious Origami bird appears.

5. Gossipy Bird: Among Flowers in Firefly’s Safe Place

Gossipy Bird can be found in the most iconic place of Honkai Star Rail 2.0 missions, on the balcony where you have a heartfelt discussion with Firefly.

6. Kind Bird: Inside Balloon Near Rooftop Garden

Kind heart can be found inside a balloon west of Rooftop Garden teleport point. Head to the teleport point and move westward, down the stairs until you see the balloon with a feather sticking out.

7. Sarcastic Bird: On the Ladder Near Dreamweaver Plaza

Head to the Space Anchor of Dreamweaver Plaza and move west ward until you reach the ladder with the feather sticking out.

8. Slacking Bird: On Top of the Water Tank South of Garden Tree

Head South from the Garden Tree and continue moving downstairs and along the path to reach the water tank. Investigate near it to find the Slacking Bird.

9. Smart Bird: On The Window Near Garden Tree

You can just head up the stairs to the east of the Garden Tree and reach the big window. A feather will be sticking out here, which you can yank to get the origami bird.

10. Superstitious Bird: Inside Big Billboard South of Front Observation Deck

Head to the Calyx Golden and move Northward until you reach the White billboard near the Dream Ticker puzzle.

HSR Origami Bird Locations in Child’s Dream

Like Dream’s Edge, Child’s Dream also has 10 Origami Birds spread throughout the area. Here are all the locations for the Child’s Dream Origami Birds.

How to Get Origami Bird Rewards in Honkai Star Rail

To earn rewards for collecting the Origami Birds, head to the Great Tree located in each area and talk to the Great Tree bird. Fulfilling the above conditions will give the mentioned rewards using Origami Birds. The Dreamchaser Bullet mission reward can be collected from the Events Note Travel log.
