Watchmaker Master of Dream Machinations Set Effects in HSR

Honkai Star Rail 2.0 New Relics Location and How To Unlock

The new Penacony relics Pioneer Diver of Dead Waters and Watchmaker Master of Dream Machinations are located at Reverie (Dreamscape) in Penacony. To unlock the new Honkai Star Rail 2.0 relics, players must finish the Through a Glass Darkly Trailblaze Mission and start the Should One Awaken at Midnight to enter the Reverie (Dreamscape). Players must be Trailblaze Level 40 to play Penacony Trailblaze missions.
