Part 1: Head to Castrum Kremnos of Yesteryear
After acquiring all the memory fragments of Castrum Kremnos, head back to the Strife Ruins and reach the area as prompted. Here Mem will use the memory fragments to create a doorway to the Bloodbathed Battlefront Castrum Kremnos.
- Walk straight towards the door until you meet the Silent Gladiator. Listen to the surrounding gossip and then head over to the weapon merchant.
- Buy one of the weapons from the merchant and let Castorice take a look over it to find the actual year the memory is situated in. Finally, read the scroll nearby to learn about the correct time of the Castrum Kremnos you have traveled to inside the memory.
- Head towards the main door and team up with Gnaeus to enter the Castrum Kremnos.
Part 2: Ignite the Fire Pit and Complete the Trial
The next part of the Kremnos, Cleanse Thy Rusted Blood (II) mission involves a puzzle. Here is how you can complete it:
- First, head over to the Prophecy Tablet on the left and complete it following the Gif shown below.
- Completing the Prophecy Tablet will create a Concrete ball and lit one of the blazers.
- Now, fix the broken pillar before the stairs on the far right-side and head up towards the Oronyx’s Prayer enhancing device and activate it.
- Now, head back towards the first set of stairs on the right after entering the room and head up.
- Rewind time for the ball to restore back to its holder. Change the Ball holder’s direction and hit the ball to clear the blocks below.
- Head to the second floor and hit the ball holder present there to light the second blazer. This will open the door to the next area.
Part 3: Clear the Obstacles Using the Hand of Zagreus
- In the next area, use the Hand of Zagreus to punch the crates and clear the way to the next area.

- Make your way to the next area until you hear a strange human voice.
- Wait in the corner to capture the merchant from earlier, who steals the weapons he sells from the dead bodies.
- Head to the next area to continue the mission.
Part 4: Ignite the Fire Pit and Complete the Trial (2)
In the next area, you will come across a more challenging trial with the same objective as the one in part 2. Here is how you can complete it:
- Head up the left stairs before the locked door and hit the ball holder to send the ball into one of the pressure plates. This will ignite one of the Fire Pit.
- Now, use Oronyx’s Miracle and change the Space Time to Evernight. Use the Miracle Orb on the left to fix the broken bridge.
- Use the Miracle Orb on the right to remove the blue blocks from the bridge. Now, use the path on the right to head over the bridge to the other ball holder.
- Hit the ball holder to make it fall on the 2nd fire pit.
- Change the Space Time to Dawn again using the Miracle device, but this will make the right ball disappear from the fire pit.
- Use the Miracle Orb on the left of the Fire Pit to make the ball reappear. This will open the door and complete this part of the mission. Head to the next area.
Part 5: Speak With Wandering Spirit With the Help of Castorice
- Head deeper into the Castrum Kremnos and speak with Chryseus Leo, who will warn you about the Castrum Kremnos King’s plan to make Nikador immortal.
- Now, use the help of Castorice to speak with the Wandering Spirits and learn about the plan.
- Here you will have to use a Prophecy Tablet to bridge the path. Follow the GIF below to complete it.
- Move forward and continue speaking with the spirits to learn more information.
- After you reach the next area, you will have to fight one of the Furiae Praetor. After defeating it, you will learn that it has an immortal body like Nikador. Castorice will hold it in place while you and Gnaeus will have to find a way to restore Nikador’s true self.
Part 6: Complete the Soul-Forging Ceremony
Now you will have to return the Soul Forging Statue to its rightful place to bring Nikador back to its true self and move forward with the Kremnos, Cleanse Thy Rusted Blood (II) mission. Here is how you can perform this ceremony:
- Head to the first statue and restore it using Oronyx’s Prayer to seal the god-kings Courage within the sword vessel.
- Now, head to the next statue but it will be missing the vessel of divinity. Use the Hand of Zagreus nearby to place the vessel of divinity on the statue first and then restore it to seal the god-king’s honor within his sword vessel.
- Next, use the Hand of Zagreus to create a bridge to the next statue.
- Now, use the Miracle Orb to shine the light on the broken area to create a bridge to the Oronyx’s Miracle. Use the Oronyx’s Miracle to turn Space time to Evernight.
- Use the Miracle Orb on the far left to restore the third statue. Now complete the ceremony of the third Statue to seal the god-king’s Tenacity within his sword vessel.
- Use Oronyx’s Miracle again to turn the space time to Dawn.
- Now, use the Hand of Zagreus near the fourth statue to place another vessel of divinity on the fourth statue.
- Restore the fourth statue and then use Oronyx’s Miracle again to turn the space time to Evernight.
- Use the Miracle Orb nearby to shine at the Fourth Statue and seal the god-king’s Sacrifice within the sword vessel.
- Now, head to the center of the Soul Forging Ceremony area and Gnaeus will reveal that he was the Reason of Nikador that was waiting all this time.
Part 7: Defeat the Giver, Master of Legions, Lance of Fury Nikador
- Finally, you will have to fight the true form of Nikador, the Strife Titan, and defeat him to reclaim his coreflame.
- After defeating Nikador’s true form, you will head back to Okhema with the Strife Titan’s coreflame.
- Now head back to your personal Bath chamber and speak with Mem to unlock As I’ve Written and complete the Kremnos, Cleanse Thy Rusted Blood (II) mission.
