Hysilens is an upcoming 5-star character in Honkai Star Rail Version 3.5. She is a Nihility character of the Physical damage type. Hysilens is also a DoT character and is expected to greatly benefit DoT teams in HSR. Although official information is limited, several details about Hysilens’ arrival in the next HSR update have leaked online. Honkai Star Rail Hysilens: Release Date (Expected)

Hysilens is expected to be released on August 13, 2025, with the Honkai Star Rail Version 3.5 update. She is expected to feature in the first phase of the version 3.5 banner, based on her Drip Marketing order.

We can expect the second phase of the banner to also be occupied by the other upcoming 5-star character, Cerydra. The upcoming Honkai Star Rail 3.5 livestream will officially reveal Hysilens’ release date, which will be updated here.

The DoT cannot repeatedly trigger this effect, and this effect can be triggered up to 8 times per turn or per ally target’s single attack. The Zone lasts for 3 turns, decreasing by 1 turn at the start of each turn. The Zone will be dispelled if Hysilens is knocked down.

When an ally target attacks, there is a 100% base chance for Hysilens to inflict Wind Shear/Bleed/Burn/Shock on the hit enemy target, prioritizing to inflict different states.
Under the Wind Shear/Burn/Shock state, at the start of each turn, the enemy target takes Wind/Fire/Lightning DoT equal to 10%/11.65%/13.3%/14.95%/16.6%/18.25%/19.75%/21.25%/23.25%/25%/26.25%/27.5% of Hysilens’s ATK for 2 turns. Under the Bleed state, at the start of each turn, the enemy target takes Physical DoT equal to 10%/11.65%/13.3%/14.95%/16.6%/18.25%/19.75%/21.25%/23.25%/25%/26.25%/27.5% of their Max HP, up to 25% of Hysilens’s ATK, lasting for 2 turns.
At Ocean’s Abode

After using this Technique, it creates a Special Dimension that lasts for 20 seconds and automatically moves forward. Enemies within the Special Dimension enter the “Soulstruck” state. Enemies in the “Soulstruck” state will not attack ally targets and will follow the dimension while it persists. After entering battle with enemies in the “Soulstruck” state, there is a 100% base chance for each enemy to be inflicted with 2 of the following states that is the same as Hysilens’s Talent’s effects: Wind Shear/Bleed/Burn/Shock. Only 1 Dimension Effect created by allies can exist at a time.
The Gladiorum of Conquest

At the start of combat, Hysilens creates a Zone with the same effect as her Ultimate, lasting for 3 turns. Whenever Hysilens creates a Zone, she recovers 1 Skill Points.
The Bubble of Banquets

When Hysilens uses Ultimate, if the enemy target is currently afflicted with DoTs, all DoTs currently applied on the target will immediately deal DMG equal to 150% of their original DMG.
The Fiddle of Pearls

If Hysilens’s Effect Hit Rate is above 60%, for every 10% exceeded, it increases this unit’s DMG by 15%, up to 90%.
