Who Is Hyacine in Honkai Star Rail?
Hyacine is the assistant lecturer of the Nousporists at the Grove of Epiphany and head nurse at the medical institution known as Twilight Courtyard. During Nikador’s attack on Okhema, due to the many injuries in Okhema, the Grove of Epiphany sent Hyacine to treat the wounded. She is also an acolyte of the Sky Titan Aquila and a Chrysos Heir, who wants to bring healing light to the world.
Honkai Star Rail Hyacine Release Date
Recent leaks have revealed information about Hyacine’s rarity, path, and element, through the HSR 3.3 beta, posted on Reddit. This likely points towards that Hyacine will feature in the Honkai Star Rail 3.3 version. If the leaks are true and the normal version cycle of 42 days continues with version 3.1 and 3.2, then we can expect Hyacine to release around June 8, 2025.

Honkai Star Rail Hyacine Leaked Kit
Currently, we know nothing about Hyacine’s kit from leaks. We only know that she is going to be a Remembrance healer, which also goes hand in hand with her lore. It is likely that she is going to be a Sustain in Honkai Star Rail, as she is a healer by profession. However, she will also be the first Remembrance healer added to the game if the leaks about her are true.
Like all other Remembrance units, Hyacine will also likely have a memosprite. This memosprite might focus on healing, possibly like Lingsha’s summon. As the first Remembrance healer, we can expect big things from Hyacine’s kit in Honkai Star Rail.
