Who Is Hyacine in Honkai Star Rail?
Hyacine is the assistant lecturer of the Nousporists at the Grove of Epiphany and head nurse at the medical institution known as Twilight Courtyard. During Nikador’s attack on Okhema, due to the many injuries in Okhema, the Grove of Epiphany sent Hyacine to treat the wounded. She is also an acolyte of the Sky Titan Aquila and a Chrysos Heir, who wants to bring healing light to the world.
Honkai Star Rail Hyacine Drip Marketing
Hyacine’s Drip Marketing has been revealed by Hoyoverse, and it confirms her to be a character from the Remembrance path with the Wind damage type. Her Drip Marketing mentions that she’s the Descendant of Sky and healer of the Twilight Courtyard.
As the city-state in the clouds crumbles through time, the Twilight Courtyard opens its gates once more, bringing a glimmer of light to Evernight. You, Physician Hyacinthia, Chrysos Heir who guards the Sky Coreflame, must inherit your ancestors’ will and mend the torn fabric of dusk and dawn. May the rainbow light pour down, dissolve all grudges, and bring the dawn back to this land.
Hyacine’s prophecy mentions that she will bring back down to the land of Amphoreus, which has been missing since the black tide first started corrupting the Titans.
The Drip Marketing also features Hyacine’s memosprite, which adorns little wings and a small crown on its head. Unexpectedly, Hyacine is also shown with wings in the Drip Marketing, which was missing when we met her in the HSR 3.1 trailblazing missions.
Honkai Star Rail Hyacine Release Date (Speculated)
The Drip Marketing confirms that Hyacine will be released in Honkai Star Rail 3.3. As is the norm, Hyacine should be featured in the first half of the HSR 3.3 banners, according to her Drip Marketing release order. If we take into account the normal version cycle of 42 days, we can expect Hyacine to release around May 23, 2025.

Honkai Star Rail Hyacine Leaked Kit
Hyacine has been leaked to be a Remembrance healer, which also goes hand in hand with her lore. A recent leak on Reddit hints that she will be similar to Huohuo, but her heals would trigger through HP loss instead of burst heals. She will also be the first Remembrance healer added to the game if the leaks about her are true.
Like all other Remembrance units, Hyacine also has a memosprite. This memosprite might focus on healing, possibly like Lingsha’s summon. As the first Remembrance healer, we can expect big things from Hyacine’s kit in Honkai Star Rail.
