How to Get Primal Eggs in Grow a Garden
Currently, there are three simple ways to obtain the Primal pets in Grow a Garden. The first two require you to use in-game items and money to craft the egg, while the third sees you spend real-world money. That said, here are all the methods to get the Primal eggs:
1. Crafting Primal Eggs
The first way is a guaranteed one, since you’re literally crafting a Primal pet egg. All you need to do is follow the given steps:
- Head to the central area to find the crafting table beside the Pre-historic quest stall.
- Press the ‘E‘ key to interact with the table and scroll down the recipe catalog.
- At the very bottom, you will find the Primal egg crafting recipe.
- Left click and select the Craft option, or spend 149 Robux to buy it at once.
- Crafting the Primal egg requires the following items: 1x Dinosaur Egg, 1x Bone Blossom, and 5.5 million Sheckles.
- You can submit them all one by one and then simply wait for the crafting timer to end.
This is the simplest way to obtain a single Primal egg in the game. And since the crafting time is low at just 30 minutes, you can keep crafting these eggs with ease.

2. From Trading Pets in DNA Machine
The second way does not guarantee a Primal egg, as trading with Graham at the Dino DNA Machine can give you many things. This includes chances of getting a Primal egg, a Dinosaur egg, Primal egg pets, or even Dinosaur egg pets.
However, if you have a lot of extra pets in your backpack, this method can cost far less than the first one. So, follow these steps to get Primal Eggs in Grow a Garden:
- Move to the central area to find the Graham NPC behind the Dinosaur Eggs stall.
- You will need an upgraded DNA machine, with the green dinosaur variant being the Max Level.
- Press the ‘E’ key to interact with the Graham NPC and open the set of dialogues.
- Now, hold out a pet you wish to trade, and select the ‘Take this pet‘ option.
- Graham will take that pet, and the DNA machine will start up with a timer.
- Once the timer runs out, you can claim the item it has to offer, be it a Primal Egg or a Dinosaur Egg.

3. From In-Game Shop
The third and final method is to visit the in-game shop located to the extreme left of your screen. You can buy the Premium version of the Primal Egg using Robux. Although this requires you to spend real-world money, buying the Premium Primal Egg has its own benefits

This way, the hatch time of the egg is greatly reduced to just 30 seconds. Moreover, you get better chances of obtaining pets of higher rarity, and a chance to get another Primal egg as well.
