Thinking of upgrading to a new Pixel phone? Then the Black Friday sale is here to save the day (and your wallet). We have covered many offers and discounts on Pixel smartphones during the early sales, but now it’s time for the real deal. Whether you want the latest Pixel 9 Pro Fold or go with the older Pixel 8, we have them all listed here. So, join us as we look at the best Black Friday deals on Google Pixel devices.
1. Google Pixel 9
First on the list is the all-new Pixel 9 (review). During the early sales, this compact flagship was going for $549 for the 256GB variant. But if you missed that opportunity, you can still get it for $549 for the 128GB variant which is still more than $250 off from its launch price, making it one of the best smartphone deals we have seen this sale. For that price, you get a 6.3-inch 120Hz flat display, a new elegant design, 12GB of RAM, and Google’s latest AI features on board.
2. Google Pixel 9 Pro
This year, Google surprised everyone with the Pixel 9 Pro, which brings the prowess of the larger model in the same compact size and weight as the regular Pixel 9. The improvements include a higher resolution LTPO display, a 42MP selfie, and an extra 48MP telephoto shooter at the back. Currently, it is on sale at $799 for a 128GB model, which is $200 off its normal price.
3. Google Pixel 9 Pro XL
If you don’t mind carrying around a large phone, then the 9 Pro XL should be an easy pick. It sports a premium metal frame, with the same design as the regular 9 Pro (comparison). You also get a bigger 6.8-inch display and a slightly larger battery capacity. If you have used an iPhone Pro Max before, you will feel at home with the Pixel 9 Pro XL. It is on sale for $934 for the 128GB variant on Amazon and $950 on Best Buy.
4. Google Pixel 9 Pro Fold
The Pixel 9 Pro Fold (review) is Google’s latest foldable phone, and the company has made several improvements over the previous edition. It is the slimmest foldable I’ve used, compared to the Z Fold 6. It also sports a 6.3-inch cover display, similar to the Pixel 9, and when unfolded, it spreads out to a big 8-inch panel ideal for watching movies or working with multiple apps simultaneously.
Aside from that, it has the same 7 years of update promise, and Google’s computational photography charms like its non-foldable siblings. The 9 Pro Fold came out for $1799, but now going at just $1499 during the Black Friday discount.
5. Google Pixel 8 Pro
Last year’s Google Pixel 8 Pro is still a solid contender thanks to its large 6.7-inch 120Hz LTPO display, with a triple camera setup at the back, and a large 5050mAh battery. These are near similar specs to the latest 9 Pro XL. And you aren’t lacking in software support either as it will get the same 7 years of updates from Google along with most of the new AI features. The Pixel 8 Pro came out $999, but you can now score it at almost half off at $592.78 for the 128GB variant.
6. Google Pixel 8
The base Pixel 8 from last year is another good option if you want a handy, compact device on a limited budget. The phone came out at $699 but received a price cut of $250. So you can score yourself a shining Pixel 8 at just $449 for the 128GB version. This is still a pretty decent price given its photography chops and all the latest updates you’ll get from Google on day one of release.
7. Google Pixel 8a
The Pixel 8a landed in July this year and didn’t get much love given its high price point. But now that it has received a $100 discount during the ongoing Black Friday sale, it becomes a compelling option for anyone looking for a good small phone on a budget. It packs the same perks as the Pixel 8 (comparison), but with chunkier bezels, and a minor compromise in the camera quality. It is available at $399, but if you aren’t on a strict budget, I suggest you pick the Pixel 8 over this one.
8. Google Pixel Tablet
Lastly, we have the Pixel Tablet, which used to come with a bundled dock, but now Google has re-released it as a standalone device. I am glad they did that, as it is still one of the better Android tablet options without the speaker dock. It has a roomy 11-inch Full HD display with a massive, 7020mAh capacity battery that should easily last a couple of days. Google released it for $399, but it is on sale at $279 only after a 30% discount.
So these are all the deals we have for you on Pixel devices during this Black Friday sale. If you already own a Pixel smartphone, then you can enjoy the hefty discounts when you trade in your phone at Google, so make sure to check those out as well.
