Fortnite OG returns to its roots in Season 4, reintroducing iconic POIs, classic items, and the return of the original Shopping Cart. Running through August 8, 2025 (ET), this season is packed with nostalgia, high-flying action, and a fresh OG Pass. Returning POIs in Fortnite Chapter 1 Season 4 OG
Fortnite OG Chapter 1 Season 4 brings back two major POIs, along with themed landmarks:
- Dusty Divot: Formed by the meteor crash, Dusty Divot features remnants of Dusty Depot and a government facility. With excavation underway, this POI is a prime location for both loot and lore.
- Risky Reels: A fan-favorite drive-in theater, Risky Reels sets the stage for cinematic battles, with ample loot and wide-open space for intense fights.
- Also returning are the Hero Mansion and Villain Lair, expanding the season’s superhero-themed atmosphere.
The Blast Off Live Event
A mysterious figure known as The Visitor has landed in the aftermath of the meteor crash, bringing secrets, rockets, and a potential turning point for the island. The unfolding storyline culminates in a live event tied to the rocket launch that changed Fortnite forever. The Blast Off live event takes place on July 26, 2025. Fortnite’s official channels will reveal the exact time later this month.
Fortnite OG Season 4 Loot Pool: New and Returning Items
Classic items from Chapter 1 Season 4 return to the loot pool, offering both nostalgic and strategic gameplay. Here’s the list of all new items in Fortnite OG Season 4:
- Thermal Scoped Assault Rifle: Highlights enemies, chests, and supply drops.
- Hop Rocks: Grants low-gravity jumps for a limited time.
- Apples and Mushrooms: Restore 5 HP or 5 Shield, respectively.

Other Changes in Fortnite Chapter 1 OG Season 4
The Shopping Cart, Fortnite’s first-ever vehicle, returns for Season 4. Players can ride solo or have a duo partner push them across the island at full speed. Just note: there are no brakes. Moreover, to ensure improved matchmaking across Fortnite OG and other playlists, Ranked Fortnite OG is disabled for Season 4. Epic may reintroduce it in a future update.
Fortnite Chapter 1 Season 4 OG Pass
A brand-new OG Pass arrives with 45 tiers of rewards inspired by Fortnite’s original Chapter 1 Season 4. XP earned across any Fortnite mode contributes toward progression.

- Street Wave Teknique: A street artist-inspired style.
- The Visitor (Reality Unknown): A mysterious traveler, part of The Seven.
