Flushers are not merely a means of transportation as of update 39.20. This is because these Port-a-Potties are a part of the many South Park quests you need to complete to progress through the Born in Chaos mini pass. One of the quests requires you to use a Flusher in 3 different matches.
In order to complete this quest, you have to simply head to one of the locations mentioned in this article once for 3 matches in a row. You can then use the Flusher and log your progress in the quest. Upon completing the quest, you will receive 400 CRED and progress towards a Memberberry.
