How to Complete Thiollier Quest in Elden Ring Shadow of the Erdtree

Among the NPCs, Thiollier’s questline is directly connected to St. Trina and reveals a ton of lore details regarding him. 1. Find Thiollier in Elden Ring

If you are looking to solve the mystery around Miquella and St. Trina, then Thiollier’s questline is of paramount importance. His questline requires a lot of back and forth, and you need to defeat the Putrescent Knight and Promised Consort Radanh to finish it. Here is a step-by-step guide on how to finish it:

• To meet Thiollier for the first time, you need to reach the Pillar Path Cross Site of Grace. It is located southeast of the Castle Front gate Site of Grace.
• Talk with Thiollier and expend all his dialogues.

• Now, you need to teleport to the Main Gate Cross Site of Grace, located just before the Belurat Tower Settlement, and get the Black Syrup from Moore, one of the followers of Miquella.
• Now, return to Thiollier in the Pillar Path Cross Site of Grace and ask about the Black Syrup. Among the dialogue options, choose “I’m weary of life”.
• Hearing this, Thiollier will hand you the Thiollier’s Concoction. Drinking this item simply kills you so, avoid trying it.
• Now, head to the Shadow Keep Main gate until you break the Rune of Miquella and dispel the charm.

• Return to Thiollier and interact with him. He will tell you that he is heading to the Southern Shore. If he doesn’t mention anything, rest at the Site of Grace and retry.

2. Defeat the Putrescent Knight

• You’ll now need to head to the Southern Shore in Cerulean Coast and from there to the Stone Coffin Fissure. Do be aware that you will need to head up the stairs and jump into the void to get to the upcoming Elden Ring Boss.
• Next, fight and beat the Putrescent Knight to get access to the Garden of Deep Purple.

• After defeating the Putrescent Knight, head to the Garden of Deep Purple to find find Thiollier and St. Trina.

3. Imbibe Nectar & Defeat Thiollier

• Talk to Thiollier and then interact with St. Trina to imbibe the Nectar in Elden Ring. This will kill you but continue imbibing nectar as you respawn until you expend all of St. Trina’s dialogues (until he tells you to kill Miquella).

• Repeat the words of St. Trina to Thiollier. Next, you must to fight him when he invades you.
• Repeat the words to him again after defeating him. Now Thiollier will be available to summon in the Follower of Miquella boss fight later in the game.

4. Defeat Promised Consort Radahn

Finally, make sure to summon Thiollier against the Followers of Miquella, and after defeating them, he will be available for summoning against Promised Consort Radahn.

After defeating Promised Consort Radahn, you can obtain Thiollier’s armor and weapons from his body. And that’s it! You’ve finished the Thiollier’s quest in Elden Ring Shadow of the Erdtree.
