Dragon’s Dogma 2 is filled with secrets, and not just in the open world, but inside quests as well. Some of the quests in Dragon’s Dogma 2 are very difficult to understand and require a bit of trial and error to complete. One such quest is the Stolen Throne quest that takes the Arisen to the Masquerade party thrown by the fake Arisen. Comically, that’s all the information the quest provides and the rest is up to the player to find out. 1. Find the Correct Attire for the Masquerade
The quest should start by providing players with an Eventide Mask. If you already have these items, equip them to enter the Masquerade. But if you don’t then here is how you can find them.
The easiest way to find the clothes is by heading into the Allard’s Estate in the Noble Quarters. Enter the Estate, head up the stairs, and check all the rooms. You should be able to find both the Courtly Tunic and Courtly Breeches. Once you have found the clothes, equip them and pass the time for the night.
2. Enter the Masquerade at Night
Now that you have the clothes, it is time to enter the Masquerade. Head into the Noble Quarters and the quest marker should point where the Masquerade is being held.
If the guard at the door tells you that the Masquerade is not being held, simply pass the time and enter the next night.
After entering the Masquerade, a cutscene will show the fake Arisen heading right using one of the side paths. Follow the same path after the cutscene finishes and then go left. Around the midpoint, the right wall will have a hidden door. Simply push on the right wall to open the door and enter.
3. Meet Wilhelmina Through the Secret Passage
After opening the hidden door, simply go through the next door and walk down the path to the brothel next door. Here, Wilhelmina will stop you and a cutscene will begin. Wilhelmina will send the guard away and show you the fake Arisen through a peephole. After the cutscene finishes, the quest will end and you can head back to Brandt to get your reward.
