The most-awaited sequel, Control Resonant, finally has a definitive release date. Remedy Entertainment is on track for a September release. With the pre-orders now live, everyone is awaiting details on the system requirements for Control Resonant. Remedy has shared the PC requirements spec sheet right on time. Control Resonant PC Requirements (Minimum)
Remedy Entertainment has shared the initial PC requirements for Control Resonant. The minimum system requirements for Control Resonant include Nvidia GeForce GTX 1070 or AMD Radeon RX 5600 XT, which is reasonable for a modern AAA title releasing in 2026. On the CPU side, you need an i5-8500 or an AMD equivalent, Ryzen 5 2600, to run the sequel game.
Remedy hasn’t yet confirmed the resolution and FPS details. But we can expect to run the game at 1080p 30 FPS based on the minimum system requirements for Control Resonant, as you can see below:
- Processor: Intel Core i5-8500 or AMD Ryzen 5 2600
- Memory: 16 GB RAM (Dual-channel)
- Graphics: Nvidia GeForce GTX 1070 / AMD Radeon RX5600 XT
- Storage: 100 GB SSD
- Operating System: Windows 10 / 11 (64-bit)
Control Resonant Recommended PC Requirements
On the other hand, if you are targeting 1080p resolution and 60 FPS, you need either AMD Ryzen 7 3700X or Intel Core i7-9700K to handle Control Resonant. As for the GPU, Nvidia GeForce RTX 3070 or AMD Radeon RX 6700 XT is recommended for a smoother experience.
The recommended PC requirements for Control Resonant are very similar to those of other video games releasing in 2026:
- Processor: AMD Ryzen 7 3700X or Intel equivalent
- Memory: 16 GB RAM
- Graphics: Nvidia GeForce RTX 3070 / AMD Radeon RX 6700 XT
- Storage: 100 GB SSD
- Operating System: Windows 10 / 11 (64-bit)
Lastly, you need at least 100 GB of free space on your SSD to pre-load the game when it comes out later this year. Remedy Entertainment always goes all out in terms of visual fidelity. Based on the latest trailers, there is no doubt that Control Resonant will be one of Remedy’s best-looking games.
