It is an understatement to say that players are excited to hop onto Call of Duty Black Ops 6 with ever-amazing excitement. After showcasing the Black Ops 6 worldwide reveal, players have been practically begging for a multiplayer beta. Well, after a lot of silence, we finally have the Call of Duty Black Ops 6 multiplayer open beta dates!
The dates were officially revealed in the first ever Call of Duty Podcast, or COD POD, hosted by COD League Commentator Miles and Senior Director of Studio Communications at Call of Duty, Stephanie.
Shared around the 44:08 minute mark, the Call of Duty Multiplayer open beta will begin on August 30, 2024, and end on September 6, 2024. This will be only open to the players who’ve pre-ordered the game and have subscribed to select Game Pass plans as early access.
Once that wraps up, the multiplayer beta will open to everyone else! The open beta will begin on September 6, 2024, and end on September 9, 2024. And, as mentioned in the podcast, both the beta are no longer exclusive to one platform!
That is right; it is now open to everyone on every platform, regardless of where you play. So, if you’ve pre-ordered the game on an Xbox and wanted to play the beta, which was previously exclusive to PlayStation, that is no longer the case!
