You can catch the fish only during the Colossal Blue Dragon Hunt, which has a 5% chance to spawn at the start of each Night.

You can even aim for the Colossal Ethereal Dragon, which has a base XP of 16,290. But it is much difficult to catch as Colossal Ethereal Dragon Hunt has a 0.2% chance to spawn at the start of each Night.

Use the Runious Oath rod with the Shark Head bait to lure in the Colossal Blue Dragon. The rod’s stats enhance the mutation chances and progress speed. The bar is 38% of the reeling minigame, helping you to make more perfect catches and gain a lot of XP. You can even consider using the Celestial Rod, as it gives 50% more XP, alongwith 60% Lure Speed, 100% Luck, and 100% chance for Celestial mutation. Pair the rods with Clever or Insight enchants for more XP gains.

5. Carrot garden
