You can buy all three fossils at the Stone Emporium for 20,000 Pokecoins. There is no restriction on the number of fossils that you can buy. You just need to have enough money to buy them.

The Stone Emporium is found in the southern part of Lumiose City on Vernal Avenue, in Vert Sector 9. You can teleport to the Vernal Pokemon Center, and move southward towards the Pokémon Research Lab, to find the Stone Emporium.
How to Get Fossil Pokemon in Legends ZA

The only way to get a Fossil Pokemon is by restoring it from its respective fossil. As discussed earlier, you can buy fossils from the Stone Emporium. Once you have your desired fossil, follow the steps given below:
- Fast Travel to the Pokemon Research Lab.
- Head inside and take the elevator to the second floor.
- Once there, you’ll find a researcher who is in front of a giant machine.
- Talk to him, and he will restore any one of your fossils into a living Pokemon.
There is no limit on how many fossils you can restore. Just interact with him, and you’re good to go. The Pokemon you’ll obtain will be like a wild encounter, meaning the stats and the nature will be randomised. There is also a 1 in 4096 chance for a restored Fossil Pokemon to be shiny.
