Fallout Season 3: Will Mr. House Return?

While we can’t say for sure whether the character will return or not, it seems highly unlikely that Mr. House will be in Fallout Season 3. To make things clear, he’s still alive and kicking, but it doesn’t seem like he’s in a position to maintain control over New Vegas.
As confirmed in the finale, Mr. House’s physical body is deceased. Going by his own words, the character was shot, poisoned, and even bludgeoned by a crowbar. He was inactive for an unspecified amount of time, and he would’ve remained in that state were it not for the Ghoul and the Cold Fusion diode. In the time he was gone, House lost the Strip to a pack of Deathclaws sent over by the Enclave, even admitting to being “wholly outclassed” by the mysterious faction.
Thanks to the Ghoul, Robert’s digital consciousness kicks into action in the series finale. But despite this, he isn’t in a position to assert his authority over the city in any capacity. As far as we know, his army of Securitrons is dead and buried, just about any wanderer can waltz into the Lucky 38, and the Legion is waging a full-scale war against the NCR right outside the confines of his penthouse.
This leaves the character in a really weak position, and with Season 3 set to focus on Colorado, we can’t imagine House playing a major role when the next chapter of Fallout rolls around. Of course, this is just our read on the situation. We’ll get the official answer when the cast list for Season 3 is revealed.
And that is everything we know so far about Mr. House in Fallout Season 3. Would you like to see the character return? Let us know in the comments.
