Sony unveiled its mid range budget Android phone Xperia M and its dual SIM variant Xperia M dual. Both the phones have pretty much the same specifications with only difference of extra SIM card slot in Xperia M dual. Xperia M comes with 4 inch TFT display with awkward resolution of 480 X 854 pixels. The phone runs on 1 GHz Qualcomm s4 plus processor with 1 GB of RAM and Adreno 305 GPU. The rear camera is 5 MP with Exmor RS sensor and can shoot videos at 720p HD, front has VGA camera, the phone has omnibalance design quite common in all Xperia phones, the handset runs on 3G and dual band Wi-Fi for faster Internet, it has 1750 mAh battery and will be available in markets from September 2013.
