How to Get Runes in Sailor Piece
Runes in Sailor Piece can only be obtained as enemy drops inside the Rune Dungeon. To enter a Rune Dungeon, you need a Dungeon Key. Dungeon Keys are Epic Sailor Piece items that can be found as drops by killing World Bosses like Saber, Sukuna, Gojo, and more. Dungeon Keys are not a guaranteed drop, and the chance varies with each boss. Check the Sailor Piece Bosses and farm the ones that have the highest chance of dropping the keys.

Once you have a Dungeon Key, find any portal, interact with it, scroll down, and click on the Dungeon Island. After being teleported, go straight to find the Dungeon Master NPC. Speaking with the NPC will give you a quest, where you must find six different Dungeon Puzzle pieces and then defeat 25 Bosses. Note that you need to be at least level 5,000 before you can start Rune Dungeon. After completing the quest, you’ll be able to access any dungeon, but it will still require a Dungeon Key to spawn.
Rune Dungeon has four different modes: Easy, Medium, Hard, and Extreme. Whenever you start a dungeon, there will be 15 waves of enemies. The toughness of the enemies depends on the difficulty level you choose. Enemies in Easy Mode are the weakest and have the lowest Rune Drop Rate. On the other hand, enemies in the Extreme Mode are some of the toughest, but they have a very high Rune drop rate. Make sure that you team up with others before challenging the Rune Dungeon, as this will make the fight a lot easier. Before farming dungeons, make sure to redeem Sailor Piece codes to get some free rerolls and Beli.
How to Use Runes in Sailor Piece
After you have obtained a Rune from the Rune Dungeon, it will be automatically added to your inventory. You can simply view them under the Runes Tab in the Inventory menu. Similar to equipping a weapon, you can just click on a Rune to equip it. It’s better to equip a Rune that ranks high on our Sailor Piece Tier List.

Don’t worry, as the Rune you unquip will remain in your inventory. The stats of the rune also vary anywhere between the Base Stat and the Max Stat, which means equipping the one with the highest stat would be optimal.
