Scorbunny is the Pokemon that will be featured in the March 2026 Pokemon GO Community Day. This fan favorite bunny Pokemon from Generation 8 series of the Galar region has been eagerly anticipated by fans for it’s first ever CD.

After a long wait, Scorbunny’s last evolution will get its very first signature move, and a shiny version of it will be released in the game. This will be a perfect chance to get your hands on this rare Pokemon. Here’s all the information you need to know about the March 2026 Scorbunny Pokemon GO Community Day.

Scorbunny Pokemon GO Community Day Date and Time

The Scorbunny Pokemon Go Community Day in March 2026 takes place over three hours. We have listed the start and the end times below.

• Start Date and Time: Saturday, March 14, 2026, 2 PM Local Time
• End Date and Time: Saturday, March 14, 2026, 5 PM Local Time

After three hours of the Pokemon event, you can still evolve your Scorbunny to get the exclusive move for Cinderace, but there won’t be any increased spawns.

Community Day Spawns and Shiny Rate

During the Pokemon GO March 2026 Community Day, there will be increased Scorbunny spawns in the wild. The Scorbunny you encounter may also have a special background. It is recommended that you stock up on Ultra and Great Balls to effortlessly catch all the spawning Pokemon without worrying about them breaking out.

Like any other Community Day, the shiny rate of Scorbunny will be drastically increased to 1 in 25 (4%), instead of the standard shiny rate. Players can increase their chances of getting a shiny by encountering as many Pokemon as possible. Make sure to click on every Pokemon you find.

Scorbunny Community Day Bonuses

During the Scorbunny Pokemon GO Community Day, players can utilise the following bonuses during the event:

• Increased Scorbunny Spawns
• 1 / 4 Hatch Distance
• 3-hour Incense duration (excluding Daily Adventure Incense)
• 1-hour Lures duration (excluding Golden Lure Modules)
• 2× increased Catch Candy
• 2× increased chance to receive Candy XL from catching Pokemon
• One additional Special Trade can be made (max 3 for the day)
• Trades with Friends will require 50% less Stardust compared to normal days
• From 2:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. local time, there is a very high chance of the featured Pokemon appearing at PokeStops with active regular Lure Modules
• Players can look out for Showcases at different PokeStops

To maximise on the bonuses, make sure that you use an Incense at the start of the event, with a Starpiece to get extra stardust gains. If you don’t have them, consider buying from the in-game store using PokeCoins. You can keep a Fire-type Mega Evolution like Mega Charizard or Mega Blaziken in your party for extra candy bonuses.

Trade as many Pokemon as possible, including the ones you’ve saved, for a chance to get one with good stats. Don’t forget to complete your special trade by trading Shinies and Legendaries with friends.

Exclusive Move for Scorbunny Community Day

Players can evolve Raboot (Scorbunny’s Evolution) during the event or up to four hours afterwards to get a Cinderace that knows the following Charged Attack:

• Blast Burn (Fire-type Charged attack)
  • Trainer Battles: 110 power
  • Gyms and raids: 120 power

Blast Burn is the strongest Fire-type move in Pokemon GO, and requires very low energy cost. You can use it alongside some other great coverage moves on your Cinderace. We recommend that you get at least two Cinderace with the move, given they have a good IV.
