Today’s puzzle had me stumped at the start as I couldn’t figure what was better together. So, as I had collected a couple of hints, I decided to use one as a opener. The hint revealed to me the salty, crispy magical food that is FRIES. This hint was enough to make my mouth salivate and shine a light on today’s theme for me.
I quickly found CHEESE and BURGER next to my fries in the letter grid. Then, after struggling a little, I stumbled upon MACARONI (better with cheese). Finally, I found the last COMBO MEAL (today’s Spangram) with GRAVY and BISCUITS to wrap up my foodie adventure.
