List of Theme Words for NYT Strands on April 27

If you have scrolled this far, you are probably ready to see the answers. So, let’s take a look at today’s theme words in Strands:

  • QUEEN
  • DOCTOR
  • ADMIRAL
  • REVEREND
  • PROFESSOR
  • SENATOR

After humming Hello for about 10 minutes and trying to find theme words, I came across QUEEN as a theme word on the bottom left rather luckily. After that, my brain basically shut down and I had to eventually use a hint. That gave me DOCTOR, and I still hadn’t figured the theme out. Some more searching gave me ADMIRAL in the middle, which was also unintentional.

Again, I hit a wall and used another hint to get SENATOR. Then, I found REVEREND in the top left and PROFESSOR on the bottom right. That concluded my Strands for the day. Was definitely disappointed that I had to use two hints.

Anyway, what about you? Did you have to use any hints or was it super easy to you? Let me know in the comments down below!
