- The other nine characters are only revealed during the NTE trailer and many still don't have a name reveal yet.
Neverness to Everness is the upcoming highly anticipated open-world Gacha RPG, set in a supernatural setting in an urban world. The game features stunning visuals and multiple new mechanics previously introduced in the gacha gaming genre, like driving cars. However, the best part about all gacha games is the character designs, and NTE also has many gorgeous-looking characters. Here is a complete list of all the characters revealed in Neverness to Everness.
All Neverness to Everness Characters Announced So Far
Currently, there are only three characters officially announced by the developers of Neverness to Everness. We have a little bit of information about the background of these three characters, compared to the others revealed only in the trailer.
1. Mint
Mint is a rising star of the Bureau of Anomaly Control’s Containment Unit 2 and she is the living dictionary of people and places in Hethereau. She is an expert at chatting with anyone despite their personalities. She appears to be a very energetic and helpful person and might be the go-to person when you need information or simply someone to keep you company in NTE.
2. Nanally
Nanally Coluccus is the star attraction of the antique shop Eibon, the most renowned family head in the Bridge District, and a rising star Esper in Hethereau. She is described as dignified, steadfast, generous, kind, wise and calm. She has previously participated in multiple major Anomaly containment and nullification operations, including the Danzaburou’s Revenge, Fluffy Demon King Showdown, and V-Class Wrath GR Cloud Crisis.
3. Sakiri
Sakiri is another esper and part of the Eibon Antique Shop alongside Nanally. Her Anomaly hammer is named Kiroumaru and she has some very strange rules for people. The rules are — no one is allowed to feed random things to Kiroumaru, no one should look down on people, and don’t open the third shelf in the fridge. She is the rule maker for the fridge sticky notes at the Eibon antique shop. Although few people actually follow her rules, those who anger Sakiri should beware of being near Kiroumaru.
Other Neverness to Everness Characters
Other than the three officially revealed characters, the NTE trailer also showcased other characters. This is a list of all the characters that appeared in the trailer, but we lack in-depth information on them at the moment. Most of these characters don’t even have a name and are named by me based on their distinctive features.
1. Zero
Zero is likely going to be one of the protagonist characters of Neverness to Everness. She was first properly revealed during the NTE gameplay trailer, which had her and the above three in a party. The name Zero is just a literal translation of the Chinese name for the character in the gameplay trailer, and it may change in the future or take the name input by the player.
2. Miss Jiuyuan
Jiuyuan was first revealed in the NTE trailer and her name was revealed during the developer interview video. The developer in the trailer mentioned that “Players can be lucky and hitch a ride with Miss Jiuyuan and experience her driving skills during urgent deliveries.” This hints that Jiuyuan is a type of transporter or delivery specialist, which likely includes Espers as well as Anomaly locations.
3. Pink Haired Girl
The Pink Haired girl was shown to be in the same car as Miss Jiuyuan in the first NTE trailer. She was shown carrying a yarn ball and playing with it while riding in Miss Jiuyuan’s car. She also has a set of headphones around her neck, hinting that she likes listening to music. From her part in the trailer, we can surmise that she gets easily frightened.
4. Winged Girl
The Winged Girl also first appeared alongside Miss Jiuyuan and the pink-haired girl, riding in the backseat. She has some very distinct features — white hair, silver-ish eyes, and literal wings like an angel. Another notable fact showcased about her was that she rides a motorcycle. Now, whether that is going to be a character-specific vehicle or not is yet to be seen.
5. Ice Cream Girl
The ice cream girl also first appeared in the NTE trailer, walking alongside a tall purple-haired woman and a silver-haired man. She had a long screen time in the trailer, likely pointing out that she would be an important character in the game. The name ice cream girl stems from her dedication to eating the ice cream while getting pulled away by the silver-haired man. Another interesting thing about her is that she mentioned the name Mint, making it seem like she and Mint knew each other closely.
6. Purple Haired Woman
The purple-haired woman was one of the most talked-over characters from the trailer. She features weird-looking purplish eyes and purple hair, with a few golden strands. She is also quite tall, and probably the tallest female character showcased in the trailer. Her uniform also had an Identity card attached to it, which might be a sign of her organization or something that all esper must have. She appeared indifferent to the wild chase happening during the trailer.
7. Silver Haired Man
The silver-haired man was accompanying the purple-haired woman and the Ice Cream girl. He had green eyes, and a handsome face, and was wearing a kind of white uniform. He only featured for a few seconds in the trailer, dragging the ice cream girl away. He is likely part of the same faction or team as the purple-haired woman and the ice cream girl.
8. Guy with Glasses
The Guy with Glasses is the only other male character showcased in the trailer. He was wearing a red shirt with a white coat, which also looked to be a sort of uniform. The man also carries a staff which can turn into a rifle, which is pretty cool. The Guy with Glasses had a sophisticated look and is likely part of the Eibon antique shop.
9. Silhouetted Girl with Fan
In the NTE trailer, there was a brief second when Sakiri, Nanally, and the Guy with Glasses all featured together in a group alongside a silhouetted woman carrying a traditional Chinese fan. This woman also appears to be wearing traditional Chinese attire.
