Furthermore, combat takes inspiration from the Batman Arkham series, with a combo meter, counters, dodges, and gadget-based finishers such as Batarangs and the Batclaw. Stealth mechanics enable silent takedowns and passage via floor grates, and a detective vision mode improves puzzle solving. In two-player local co-op, players can control allies such as Jim Gordon, Robin, Nightwing, Batgirl, or Catwoman, each with their own set of weapons, such as Gordon’s foam sprayer or Catwoman’s whip. For a variety of challenges, the game includes Caped Crusader and Dark Knight difficulty settings, a first for LEGO games.

These recreations combine nostalgia and humor, appealing to fans of all ages. Legacy of the Dark Knight is a love letter to Batman’s cinematic and comic legacy, offering open-world exploration, Arkham-style combat, and rich customisation, promising an amazing adventure.
