Jump Festa 2026: What to Expect This Year?

Up next, if you are curious about what to expect at the Jump Festa 2026 event, here are our predictions for the announcements that will be made this weekend:

One Piece

Once again, the long-running One Piece series will be the face of the Jump Festa event. As the Egghead arc is ending in One Piece this year, we can expect to hear some details regarding the upcoming Elbaf arc, possibly a release date and a teaser. In addition, creator Eiichiro Oda will share his yearly message with the fans and tease what’s in store for us in the One Piece manga next year.

There are also rumours that we might get to see a teaser for the One Piece Remake that has been in production for a long time. Let’s hope for the best.

Jujutsu Kaisen

Jujutsu Kaisen Season 3 is gearing up to be released during the Winter 2026 anime season. We have already received a release date and trailer. However, the JJK production team is still teasing a major announcement during the Jump Festa. So, we can expect to see a new trailer for Culling Games Part 1 ahead of its premiere.

My Hero Academia

The iconic My Hero Academia series just ended a week ago with its final season. However, there is a heavy buzz that the production team is releasing a new MHA OVA episode, which will adapt the pending additional epilogue chapters. Moreover, Bones Film will reveal more details about the upcoming My Hero Academia: Vigilantes Season 2, which is scheduled for January 2026.

Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba

Demon Slayer: Infinity Castle Part 1 is the biggest anime release of this year, and there are two more instalments left in the final trilogy. We are sure that KnY staff will be revealing the latest information regarding Demon Slayer: Infinity Castle Part 2 during this Jump Festa.

Dandadan

Dandadan returned with a second season this year and delivered an outstanding adaptation of the Cursed House, Evil Eye, and the Kaiju arcs. The production team announced the series had been renewed for a third season right after season 2 ended. Thus, get ready to hear some exciting news about Dandadan Season 3.

Bleach

It’s been a year since Bleach: Thousand-Year Blood War Cour 3 ended. We have been waiting to hear about the final cour and Studio Pierrot hasn’t been revealing any major information yet. Fortunately, a new trailer for Bleach: TYBW cour 4 has been scheduled for the Jump Festa 2026 event, and we hope to learn at least the release window of the final cour in the new trailer.

Hell’s Paradise

The release of Hell’s Paradise Season 2 is on the horizon during the Winter 2026 anime season. A release date has already been locked, but we have yet to get a major look at the second season. So, look forward to a brand-new trailer for Hell’s Paradise Season 2.

Chainsaw Man

Chainsaw Man The Movie: Reze Arc (review) is the best anime movie of 2025, and has cranked up the excitement for a new season of CSM. CSM hasn’t received a second season yet, as the Reze arc was adapted as a movie. Hopefully, we will get to see the latest information about Chainsaw Man Season 2 at the upcoming Jump Festa.

Kaiju No. 8

Kaiju No. 8 Season 2 aired earlier this year and concluded after 11 episodes without any season 3 announcement. So, all our eyes are set on Jump Festa this year to see whether we will be getting Kaiju No.8 season 3 sooner or later.

Black Clover

The Black Clover anime has been on hiatus since 2021, but it is anticipated to make a comeback in 2026. With Black Clover team attending Jump Festa this year, everyone is excited to finally hear some news regarding the release of the next season of Black Clover.
