Jujutsu Kaisen has introduced us to several powerful techniques and abilities, such as Kenjaku’s Cursed Spirit Manipulation, Sukuna’s Shrine, and Gojo’s Limitless. The series has consistently pushed every boundary to show the world what a cursed technique can achieve. And that’s one of the major reasons why fans enjoy it so much. With every passing chapter/episode, Jujutsu Kaisen leaves an impact that makes fans curious about what’s next.

Throughout the previous installments, the anime bombarded the fandom with different abilities, making them crave more. So, now that the third season of JJK is in full swing, the Culling Game arc is continuously bringing new characters and abilities into the picture, one of which is Reggie Star. He has a cursed technique called Contractual Re-creation, which seems utility-based on the surface, but when you dig deeper and study its mechanics, you would say that this is one of the most broken techniques in Jujutsu Kaisen.

Reggie Star’s Contract technique is one of the most powerful abilities that Gege Akutami has introduced the fandom to. However, it is also one of the most misunderstood powers. Well, it’s natural because, at face value, the technique Reggie Star carries looks like just another rigid, traditional ability. But when one eventually analyzes it closely, they learn how broken a technique it really is.

Reggie Star’s Contractual Re-creation allows him to recreate objects out of any recorded transaction. For instance, if he has a receipt in which knives, or any weapon, is written, Reggie can summon them and dominate any fight. Not only these, but he can also turn a vehicle or a huge building into reality, if they are recorded in his receipts. So, Reggie basically carries an arsenal with him all the time. He can also use his mind to command the objects to attack the opponents, and after the duel, he can also instruct them to disappear.

So, you could say that Reggie’s technique is somewhat an environmental manipulation. He can basically summon and drop anything on the enemy out of nowhere. Honestly, even the strongest sorcerer can get agitated or overwhelmed if big objects start to drop on them. Also, let’s not forget that this is Reggie’s ability on the surface level. Just imagine what this guy can do with Binding Vows. You could say that Reggie can amplify his ability to summon objects through contracts or binding vows. It would be safe to say that Reggie may even be able to summon more than just a building and throw it at his enemy. But that’s just a theory of what Reggie can do, and not what he will do in the anime series.
