Yes, Tingyun’s English Voice Actor has changed in Honkai Star Rail version 2.7. This is because Tingyun’s English VA has been re-casted by Hoyoverse. The current English Voice Actor for Tingyun and Fugue is Anya Floris.
The previous English VA of Tingyun was Laci Morgan, whose voice lines were used by Tingyun until version 2.7. After the HSR 2.7 Livestream, it became clear that Fugue’s (Tingyun) English VA had been re-casted, but players were still unsure whether the old Tingyun (4-star) would also have a change of voice lines. With the update of 2.7, Anya Floris has completely re-voiced all the English voice lines for Tingyun.
