Is Hytale Coming to Consoles?

The short answer to this question is yes, Hytale will eventually be released on consoles; however, it is not available on Xbox and PlayStation consoles at launch. The Hytale developers have openly stated that the console version of the game is planned, but that is a future possibility rather than a confirmed feature.

As of now, the focus is singular and straightforward – give the Hypixel (and Minecraft) community, all the Minecraft players, and basically anyone interested, waiting for seven long years, a great RPG sandbox game. A future release on Xbox and PS5 is possible, but only after the Hytale PC version is released in a stable version and works well among gamers. The developers have chosen a PC-first early access model because it permits faster iteration and community feedback.
