Spyro the Dragon Fortnite Sidekick was released on August 28, 2026, at 8 PM ET, with the Item Shop reset. It is part of a collaboration with the Spyro franchise, but is being bundled with the Crash Bandicoot Fortnite skin. If you’d like to get it, here are the steps you need to follow:

• Open Fortnite and navigate to the Item Shop.
• Look for the “Crash Bandicoot” section at the top of the Fortnite Item Shop.
• Click on the Crash Bandicoot and Spyro the Dragon Bundle (3,000 V-Bucks) or the Spyro the Dragon Sidekick (1,500 V-Bucks).
• Click and hold the Purchase button until the circle fills up.
• Fortnite will notify you when it adds Spyro the Dragon to your locker.
• Then select Spyro the Dragon from your Fortnite locker and customize it.

Spyro the Dragon is part of a Fortnite cosmetic bundle, which means you can get it at a discounted price, similar to Ace the Bat Hound Fortnite sidekick. However, if you don’t have V-Bucks on hand, there’s no need to spend extra to buy the entire bundle.
