Every Obelisk requires the hunt fish and a specific catch from the Tidefall area. Once you turn them in, the Obelisk puzzle will be solved. After completing the puzzle, you can walk toward the lush green covered area and glide over the water. This is where you will find the Tidefall Castle in Fisch. Once in the area, you can catch the Plesiosaur from the water body.
The Plesiosaur spawns only in Tidefall Castle when the Plesiosaur Hunt server event is taking place. So make sure to keep spamming the totems.
