• Progress through the complete Santa’s Miracle Rod quest to get the Everfrost Key.
• Fish for the Essence of Winter and Essence of Starfrost in the Northstar Village waters.

• Pull the three levers in the Northstar Village while the Frost Moon is active and enter the hatch.
