Although ferocious, these pups will not be able to aid you in combat, but they will make for great canine companions. That said, here’s how to get the Direwolf Pup Sidekick in Fortnite.

Fortnite Direwolf Pup Sidekick: How to Get It and Price

The Direwolf Pup Fortnite sidekick was released on August 22, 2026, at 8 PM ET, with the Item Shop reset. It is part of the newest GoT collaboration and features an adorable canine. If you’d like to get it, here are the steps you need to follow:

• Open Fortnite and navigate to the Item Shop.
• Look for the “Game of Thrones” section midway through the shop.
• Click on the Direwolf Pup Sidekick (1,500 V-Bucks).
• Click and hold the Purchase button until the circle fills up.
• Fortnite will notify you when it adds Direwolf Pup to your locker.
• Then select Direwolf Pup from your Fortnite locker and customize it.

Direwolf Pup is not part of any Fortnite cosmetic bundle. It cannot be purchased at a discounted price like the Ace the Bat Hound Fortnite sidekick. If you don’t have V-Bucks on hand, consider topping it up by redeeming a V-Bucks card.
