Despite many changes, the Aphelion is one of the most sought-after weapons in ARC Raiders, thanks to its two-round burst fire mode and armor-penetrating capabilities. Since the 1.7.0 update in December 2025, there has been some confusion about how players can get the Arc Raiders Aphelion blueprint for themselves. Find yourself wondering the same? Here’s how you can get the powerful blueprint.
Where to Find the Aphelion Blueprint in Arc Raiders
You can find the Aphelion blueprint on the Stella Montis map in Arc Raiders. Originally, the blueprint could only be acquired by defeating the Matriarch boss. Now, Embark has moved the blueprint to random loot drops, just like other blueprints in the game.
Since it’s a random drop, there is no guaranteed way to get the Aphelion blueprint. However, you can explore the following locations to have a higher chance of acquiring the item:
- Cultural Archives
- Medical Research
- Control Room
You can also boost your luck of finding the Aphelion blueprint by deploying during the Night Raid map condition. This is because Night Raids double the spawn rate of blueprints on any map they are active on, giving you a much better chance of finding the Aphelion. While this might take a couple of runs on Stella Montis, at least the blueprint is not locked behind one of the toughest ARC enemies in the game anymore.
How to Craft the Aphelion in Arc Raiders
Finally, after acquiring the Aphelion blueprint in ARC Raiders, you can craft it. You can head to a workbench to interact with the blueprint by using the “Learn and Consume” option. This will permanently unlock the Aphelion crafting recipe in your crafting menu.
For a standard Aphelion crafting recipe, you will need to have the following resources:
- 3x Complex Gun Parts
- 3x Magnetic Accelerator
- 1x Matriarch Reactor
