The mysterious Mythic Vault in Nightshift Forest contains powerful weapons and valuable loot, but getting inside isn’t as simple as finding a regular key. You need a special vault key, which requires some special steps. Don’t worry, though, as we are here. Fortnite Chapter 6 Mythic Vault Location
The Fortnite Mythic Vault is hidden within the Nightshift Forest. This secure storage contains high-rarity loot, including the powerful Typhoon Blade, plenty of ammunition, and healing items.
The vault itself is located just west of the main temple in Nightshift Forest. Look for a path leading down some stairs – you can’t miss the vault door at the bottom. But there’s a catch – you’ll need to complete a specific sequence of steps to get your hands on the Mythic Key.
How to Get Mythic Key in Fortnite Chapter 6
Your journey begins with tracking down a Sprite. These creatures can be found throughout the map and are quite easy to spot. If you’re having trouble locating one, look for Sprite Shrines scattered across the landscape. Activating a shrine will highlight nearby Sprites on your screen, making them much easier to find.
Once you’ve got a Sprite in your inventory, it’s time to visit the Bushranger, one of the new Fortnite Chapter 6 NPCs. This friendly character usually hangs out northwest of the main temple in Nightshift Forest, though they’ve been known to wander to other spots nearby. When you find him, walk up and interact – but ensure you still have that Sprite in your inventory!
When you interact with the Bushranger, select the “Show Item” option while holding your Sprite. This triggers a sequence where the Bushranger will drop the Mythic Vault Key right there for you to collect.
The area around the Bushranger and vault can be quite busy, especially early in the match. You might want to wait for the initial rush to die down before making your move.
What’s Inside the Fortnite Mythic Vault
Once you open the Mythic vault, you’ll find it packed with valuable items. The show’s star is the Typhoon Blade, a powerful weapon that can completely change how you approach combat.
The Blade gives you enhanced mobility as well as quite high melee damage. Beyond the Typhoon Blade, you’ll find High-tier weapons, plenty of ammunition to keep you fighting, and Health items to help you stay in the fight.
