Roblox Fisch has brought a brand new limited-time event into the game that teases its audience about the next big update going to happen on January 25, 2024. This event introduces a new bestiary, having eight new and unique fishes. Out of them, one of the most useful ones is the Grand Reef Guardian, which is highly useful if you are thinking of leveling up your character. Grand Reef Guardian Location in Fisch Roblox
The latest update brings a new fishing area known as the Grand Reef, which is located near the Forsaken Shores. Here, you will be able to catch the Grand Reef Guardian. Locating this area is quite simple, and you just need to follow the steps below:
- Spawn a boat by interacting with the Shipwright. Use it to head to the Southwest of Moosewood toward the Forsaken Shores.
- Once you are close to the island, head west and reach these specific coordinates: -3597, 130, 569. If you’re having trouble, then get a Fisch GPS first.
- Here, you will find the Grand Reef. It’s a group of four islands on top of a huge whirlpool.
The most unique part of these islands is the wild storm on top of them. This storm is the reason that you will be getting a 15% chance of catching fish with Electric mutation. It will increase the sale value of the fishes by 1.45 times.
How to Get the Grand Reef Guardian in Fisch
Once you get to the location, be prepared with the right baits and an ideal fishing rod to catch this fast-moving fish. Here are the conditions you should meet to get this fish easily:
- Favourite Bait: Truffle Worm
- No specific Weather, Time or Season preferences.
You can get Truffles Worms by opening the Coral Geodes, in fact it’s the only way. The Desolate Deep bestiary, where you can catch some Sea Mines, also helps you fish Coral Geodes as well. Alternatively, you can buy them for 600 cash each near the Merchant in the Desolate Pocket.
Finally, coming to what fishing rods you must use, I highly prefer using the Heaven’s Rod with Hasty Enchantment to get a Grand Reef Guardian in a couple of tries.
However, if you haven’t unlocked it yet, try using a rod with a minimum of 25 Resilience and 60-70 Luck stats. The Rod of the Depths and the ones from the Northern Expedition island are all good options. If you are a beginner, I recommend using the Steady Rod only. Enchanting them with Resilient or Divine will give you a decent boost while reeling in this fish.
The Grand Reef Guardian puts a 75% progress speed on your rod. However, once you catch this thing, you will be rewarded with 5000 XP on a perfect catch. Moreover, the Guardian sells on average for a hefty price of 5250 cash. A good alternative option if you no longer wish to farm XP and money in the Cryogenic Canal of the Northern Expedition island.
