In Astro Bot, you play as the Robotic Hero Astro, who has to rescue his friends scattered across different realms. But it’s not an easy job and you might miss a few bots in your adventures. It can be a bit of a head-scratcher for people like me to discover all the bots, puzzle pieces, and secrets. Fortunately, Team ASOBI has added a godsend mechanic to help you find all the bots and secrets in Astro Bot. Keep reading to learn just that here.

How to Get Help from the Robotic Bird in Astro Bot

For those lost and unaware, Astro Bot has an ingenious feature that lets you get help in finding all the collectibles, such as bots, puzzle pieces, and even many more secrets in the game. But do note that this helpful feature is only available when you replay a level you have completed once. Follow the steps below to learn how to find all Astro Bot’s secrets.

• First, head to any planet you have already played once and enter its realm.
• As soon as you set foot on a planet, you will see a tiny glass birdhouse that requires 200 coins to break.
• After you break the glass, press the square button to pull the wire to free the bird.
• The bird will now follow you throughout your journey on the respective planet.
• When you get near a secret, such as bots or puzzle pieces, the bird will pinpoint you to that location using a glowing radar in its antenna.
• This way you can replay any level and find all the bots and secrets you missed the first time around.

Indeed, it was a brilliant move by Team ASOBI to include this helpful feature in the game. As I mentioned earlier in my Astro Bot review, this is an amazing feature to encourage the players to explore naturally with a slight assist.
