- The 4-piece Musketeer of Wild Wheat and 2-piece Rutilant Arena are her best Relics and Planar Ornaments for her Crit Build.
- The best team comp for Hunt March 7th is Yunli (DPS), Robin (Support), Hunt March 7th (Support/Sub-DPS), and Huohuo (Sustain).
March 7th is going to receive a new Path, The Hunt, in Honkai Star Rail version 2.4. Hunt March 7th is an Imaginary damage type character and a sub-DPS with good support skills. She can be a great addition to most Hypercarry teams and is very versatile as a character. If you are planning to build March 7th Hunt, here is a complete build guide to get the best out of her kit.
Honkai Star Rail Hunt March 7th Kit and Best Cycle Rotation
- My Sword Zaps Demons (Basic Attack): Attacks a single enemy, dealing Imaginary Damage equal to 100% of her Attack, and gains 1 point of Charge.
- Browse Be Smitten, Heart Be Bitten (Enhanced Basic Attack): Attacks a single enemy, initially dealing 3 hits, each causing Imaginary Damage equal to 80% of her Attack. After dealing the final hit, she has a 60% fixed chance to deal 1 extra hit (max 3 extra hits). The extra hits don’t regenerate energy and her Enhanced Basic Attack does not recover Skill Points.
- Shifu, It’s Tea Time! (Skill): Marks one ally of choice (excluding self) as Shifu, increasing their Speed by 10%. After marking an ally as Shifu, whenever she uses a Basic Attack or deals 1 hit of Enhanced Basic Attack’s damage, she triggers the corresponding effect based on the specific Path of the selected Shifu:
– Erudition, Destruction, Hunt: Deals Additional Damage of the damage type of the ally marked as Shifu, equal to 20% of March 7th’s Attack.
– Harmony, Nihility, Abundance, Preservation: Increases the Toughness Reduction of this instance of damage by 100%. - March 7th, the Apex Heroine (Ultimate): Attacks a single target, dealing Imaginary Damage equal to 240% of her Attack. Furthermore, increases the initial hits per action of the next Enhanced Basic Attack by 2 hits, and increases the Fixed chance of additional hits by 20%.
- Shifu, I’ve Ascended (Talent): March 7th gains one point of Charge (max 10 points) each time the ally marked as Shifu uses an attack or Ultimate. When she reaches 7 Points of charge, March 7th immediately takes action, changing her Basic Attack to the Enhanced Basic Attack, and increasing her damage dealt from this attack
- Feast in One Go (Technique): If March 7th is on the team, she gains 1 point of Charge at the start of the next battle whenever an ally uses Technique, up to a max of 3 points. March 7th also regenerates 30 Energy after using her Technique when the next battle starts.
Hunt March 7th has a strong Sub-DPS kit and she can be very effective in the correct teams. Her skill increases marks one ally as the Shifu and increases their speed by 10%. Now, whenever the ally marked as Shifu attacks an enemy or uses their Ultimate, March 7th gains one point of Charge. When she has 7 points of Charge, her basic attack changes to the enhanced form and she takes immediate action while also dealing increased damage from this attack.
Furthermore, after March 7th has marked an ally as Shifu, whenever she attacks an enemy, either of two effects occurs based on the Path of the Shifu. For example, she deals additional damage of the same damage type as the Shifu, equal to 20% of her Attack if the Shifu follows the path of Erudition, Destruction, or Hunt; otherwise, she increases the Toughness Reduction of this instance of damage by 100% if the Shify follows the Harmony, Nihility, Abundance, Preservation paths.
Furthermore, her Ultimate does a single target attack damage and also increases the number of hits from her next Enhanced attacks. Also, her Ascension 4 ability allows her to Toughness damage enemies with the same weakness type as the Shifu’s damage type, and her Ascension 6 ability increases the Shifu’s Crit Damage by 60% and Break Effect by 36% for two turns after using her Enhanced Attack.
