Grow a Garden Gear Shop Guide: Which One Should You Buy?

In Grow a Garden, gear is the primary boost item you can use to make your grind easier. You can find these items at the Gear Shop by interacting with the NPC named Eloise. However, if you’ve just begun the game, it might be better if you first learn about gears and use them to maximize returns from your crops. So if you feel like getting started, then keep reading as we break down Gear in Grow a Garden for you right here.

All Grow a Garden Gear and Effects

There are a total of 8 gears available at the Gear Shop of Grow a Garden. On one end of the platform lies the Gear Shop and Daily Quests stalls, while on the other end lies the Seed Shop and Seller stalls. So, walk over to the Gear Shop, and press the ‘E‘ key to interact with the NPC. That said, here are all the gears available in the Roblox Grow a Garden shop:

Apart from the ones discussed above, the Night Staff is obtainable only by completing the new Lunar Event quest. This works in the similar fashion of a Lightning Rod and can guarantee 6 Moonlit mutations on any random crops in your garden during a Night event.

How Does Gear Shop Work in Grow a Garden

When you head over to the Eloise NPC and interact with her, a pop-up window will appear on the screen showing the list of gears currently available in Stock. Each stock item stays for 5 minutes, after which it gets refreshed. The best part is that all items remain the same for players, even on different servers. Therefore, you cannot server-hop and get a better or rarer item.

Furthermore, each time the stock is refreshed, a random number of gears will become available, which is again purely based on their drop rates, with Divine being the rarest item.

Finally, you always have a “Restock” button at the top right of the window. Clicking on this will allow you to refresh the stock items, but it costs 79 Robux. However, we don’t recommend that since the stock will refresh anyway.

Best Gear to Buy in Grow a Garden

Now, we have some final thoughts for you on what gears to use and when to use them in the game. Personally, I don’t think the Watering Can or the Lightning Rod is a value-for-money item, so best skip that. Now here is all the Grow a Garden gear we recommend you use:

  • Basic Sprinkler: Best when you have better and rarer crops in your garden, such as Cactus, Dragon Fruit, or Apples clumped together in large numbers.
  • Advanced Sprinkler: Best choice as a mid-game player when you have decent fruits like Mango, Grapes, Pineapples, and Peaches, as they can help you bring good returns.
  • Master Sprinkler: When you have a cluster of Golden Plants grouped, that will help you make the maximum profit, and ultimately make money fast in Grow a Garden.
  • Favorite Tool: When you want to save some of your single harvest plants till they get the most valuable mutation increasing their value by multiple folds.
