All Genshin Impact Natlan Characters Revealed

Genshin Impact community has been up and buzzing for the last week as Hoyoverse is frequently dropping information about Natlan through teasers. Finally, they have revealed all the Natlan characters featuring in version 5.0, including Capitano the Fatui Harbinger, in their third Natlan teaser. Here is a complete overview of all the Natlan characters revealed during the third Genshin Impact Natlan teaser — A Name Forged in Flames — and everything we know about them so far.

1. Mavuika (Pyro Archon)

The Pyro Archon is finally revealed in Genshin Impact and her name is Mavuika. She has long, wavy red hair that flows down the back. The Pyro Archon is shown as dressed in a black outfit with gold and red accents, tight-fitting pants with a belt featuring a circular buckle, and thigh-high boots with red heels. She is also shown wearing sleek, rimless sunglasses, protecting her red eyes with star-shaped pupils. The character design perfectly shows the fierceness we expected from the Pyro Archon.

In the trailer, the Pyro Archon announces the tournament, which is the main focus of the trailer, and mentions that the champion will take all. The trailer further shows her interaction with Capitano, asking him whether he is brave enough to compete. 2. Mualani

Mualani is the silver-haired girl revealed during the second Natlan teaser and she is a Hydro character, featuring in banner 5.0. From the Natlan teaser, we know that she likes fishing and can mount a shark-like saurian that can travel over water and land. Mualani has red eyes and white or silver hair styled in twin tails. She’s wearing thigh-high boots, shorts, and a sleeveless top with a high collar light in a blue, white, and gold color combination.

She is a member of the People of the Springs’ new generation of young guides, and has established an eminent name for herself throughout Natlan.

She and Kachina are shown to release the ball to promote the upcoming tournament. The ball then passes on to all other Natlan characters, as a sort of invite. Mualani exudes a sense of fun and positive personality, and she has already become one of the favorites in the Genshin Impact community. 3. Kachina

Kachina is the little girl revealed during the second Natlan teaser and she is a Geo character. She has light blonde hair in pigtails and blue eyes, with long cat-like ears. Kachina wears a green scarf around the neck, matching arm guards with intricate designs, and brown gloves. 

Kachina is a Children of Echoes and grew up surrounded be adorable Tepetlisaurs, shiny gems dug up from the depths, and heroic stories passed down by tribal elders. She was given the name Uthabiti, based on an ancient poem of her tribe.

During the second Natlan teaser, she was shown mounting a drill-like saurian and traveling the land of Natlan, climbing cliffs on it and also triggering explosions. From both the recent teasers, Kachina is indicated as an awkward and easily frightened kid, but with an innate strength and bravery that appears when faced against peril.

4. Kinich

Kinich is the dark-haired boy revealed during the second Natlan teaser and he is a Dendro character. He is a striking green-eyed, dark-haired boy with a teal-colored headband, wearing a black inner shirt, and what appears to be a teal-colored protective body suit with the sleeves hanging behind. He is often shown swinging around, likely using the special grappling mechanic of Natlan, and resting on trees. Kinich is also confirmed to be a Claymore user from the second teaser.

The latest trailer shows him alongside Ajaw, and being indifferent towards the Tournament invitation. Kinich is part of the Saurian Hunters and her is willing to do any commission for the correct price. Kinich exudes a sense of strength and has already garnered quite a fan base in the community.

5. K’uhul Ajaw

K’uhul Ajaw is the most unexpected Natlan character revealed in the teaser. It appears as a monster of some kind, almost looking cartoonish. A closer inspection reveals that it might be a combination of different monsters. Ajaw is described as a Self-Proclaimed Almighty Dragonlord and is first shown in the Natlan teaser alongside Kinich. The creature has a high-pitched voice and crass tone, cursing during its only voice line in the trailer. This character is not playable and is part of Kinich’s kit.

6. Citlali

Citlali is one of the newer Natlan characters revealed during the third Natlan trailer. She is a young girl, likely around the same age as Mualani, and has light purple hair styled into twin tails and a mix of purple and blueish eyes. A brief look at her vision is shown in the trailer, revealing that she is a Cryo vision user.

She is shown to be easily surprised and bad-tempered, with an annoyed demeanor. The Natlan trailer shows Citlali sitting alone in her room and getting angry at the tournament invite. She angrily throws away the invite ball, asking to be left alone.

7. Xilonen

Xilonen is one of the mature female Natlan characters showcased in the third trailer. She features cat-like ears and a feline tail, while also wearing similar dress colors as Kachina, more than likely to be related to her in some way. She is also shown wearing a necklace with the Geo element symbol, which is likely her vision.

Xilonen comments that “it is that time of year again” after receiving the tournament invite, which indicates that the Natlan tournament is held annually.

8. Iansan

Iansan was the first Natlan character revealed back in the Teyvat Chapter Storyline Preview: Travail, almost 3 years ago. Previously thought to be the Pyro archon, she is now revealed as Iansan in the recent Natlan teaser. She is a small child with white, long unruly hair, dark skin, and green eyes.

Iansan has pointy ears, almost like elves, and wears a headband with a skull mask. Not much is revealed about her in the trailer, and she is only shown to be running around in a hurry. However, we can expect her to play an important role during the events of the Natlan arc.

9. Chasca

Chasca is another newly revealed character in Natlan. She has long red hair, purplish at the ends, and features striking blue eyes. Chasca is shown wearing a tricorn hat, a red scarf around the neck and also features pointed ears, similar to Iansan, and may be connected to her.

We also get a brief look at her vision in the Natlan teaser, marking her as a Cryo character. Not much else is revealed about her during the teaser, but she does exude a sense of strength and importance.

10. Ororon

Ororon is the only character that barely received spotlight revealed in the third Natlan teaser, appearing next to Il Capitano. Many in the community are speculating that Ororon is going to act as a guide for Il Capitano in the Natlan region. He has dark hair with a blue streak running through it and pointed cat-like ears. Ororon has blue-colored eyes and wears a cyan-colored scarf with a mystical symbol at the end. He wears a dark vest and cloak, giving him a mysterious look.

11. Il Capitano (The Captain)

The strongest Fatui Harbinger, Capitano aka The Captain, is finally revealed during the third Natlan teaser. He is probably the highest ranked Fatui Harbinger, only below Pierro the Jester. Mika and Grandmaster Varka met Capitano during an expedition and said his presence and prowess were extremely overwhelming. Childe is seen to be awed by Capitano’s strength, while Wanderer mocks the Captain on his extreme righteousness.

During the Natlan teaser, we see the Pyro Archon Mavuika asking the Il Capitano on whether he is brave enough to participate in the tournament.
