Genshin Impact 5.0 features three new characters — Mualani, Kachina, and Kinich. Mualani will feature in the first phase and she is a 5-star Hydro character and Catalyst user with a strong Hypercarry kit. Mualani Materials Farming Guide

Most of the materials for Mualani can only be found in the upcoming Pyro Nation Natlan. So, you can only pre-farm a few of her materials before version 5.0 in Genshin Impact. Here are the materials you can pre-farm and their farming guide.

Sprayfeather Gill Farming Strategy

Sprayfeather Gill can be found spread around Natlan, mainly in the southern region near the bodies of water. They are found around Ameyalco Waters, and east of People of the Springs. There are a total of 73 Sprayfeather Gill at one time, so you need to wait for the materials to reset before you can have all of them for Mualani. You can also collect the materials from your friends’ worlds and save more time.

Whistle Drops: Sentry’s Wooden Whistle, Warrior’s Metal Whistle, and Saurian-Crowned Warrior’s Golden Whistle Farming Strategy

You can obtain the Whistle material drops by defeating the Sauroform Tribal Warriors. The Adventurer’s Handbook has the details of the Sauroform Tribal Warrious, and you can track them using it. These enemies are found in Natlan and can be easily farmed to obtain all the whistle drops. You can also craft the higher-level gear drops from the lower-level ones.

Mark of the Binding Blessing: Farming Strategy

Mark of the Binding Blessing is a required Mualani Material that drops from Level 30+ Goldflame Qucusaur Tyrant boss fight, which can be found in the Basin of Unnumbered Flames in Natlan. You can reach him by using the underground path the Teleport Point north of Stadium of the Sacred Flame.

Varunada Lazurite Location and Farming Strategy

Varunada Lazurite can be obtained by defeating weekly bosses and several of thefield bosses. You can also craft the higher rarity Varunada Lazurite with the lower rarity ones. Here are the enemies and bosses you can obtain the materials from:

Lightless Mass Trounce Domain Material: Farming Strategy

Lightless Mass is a trounce material and can be obtained by defeating the Shadow of Another World trounce domain boss — All-Devouring Narwhal, in Fontaine.
