To complete the Garden Horizons IGMA event quest, you must turn in Strange mutation plants to Rosalind. The Strange weather event arrives every 30 minutes and stays for 5 minutes, giving multiple random plants the mutation. Once you harvest the crops, go to Rosalind in the event area and select the “Turn in Strange Plants” option. This will submit all the Strange mutated plants for points.
