Fallout Season 2 Finale: Is Hank Maclean Dead? Will He Return in Season 3?

When it comes to Fallout, you can never really trust anyone, and if there’s one person who knows it better than anyone, it has to be Lucy. Since the truth about Hank Maclean came to light, Lucy has been attempting to do everything in her power to bring her father to justice. However, by the end of Fallout Season 2, we see Hank meet a fate that might be a tad bit worse than death. What Happens to Hank in Fallout Season 2 Finale?

By the end of Fallout Season 2, we see that Hank tried to implant a mind control chip in Lucy, but his plan failed miserably when The Ghoul intervened. Ghoul gave Lucy a choice to kill Hank, but instead, she implanted the chip, originally meant for her, in Hank.

But before she could do anything, Hank himself turned on the chip in his neck and lost all his memories, including those of Lucy. So, now, Hank is nothing but a mindless machine like the ones he created out of the wastelanders. This event kind of tells us that Hank’s arc is now over.

Will Hank Maclean Return in Fallout Season 3?

As of now, there is no official statement from either Amazon Prime or the actor regarding Hank’s return in Fallout Season 3. However, certain plot points point towards a direction that could lead to His return in the upcoming season.

First off, Norm is now out in wasteand looking for his sister, and there is a good chance that he might find himself in New Vegas, resulting in a situation where Norm and Hank reunite.
