The Limveld map in Elden Ring Nightreign is dotted with all sorts of points of interest, ranging from Evergaols and ancient ruins to mysterious towers known as Sorcerer’s Rise. These locations appear identical to Ranni’s Rise from Elden Ring and are generated randomly on the map at the start of each expedition. While finding them is straightforward, gaining access to their interiors can be pretty tricky. So, if you’re looking for directions, check out our guide on how to unlock a Sorcerer’s Rise in Elden Ring Nightreign.

How to Open Sorcerer’s Rise in Elden Ring Nightreign

The Sorcerer’s Rise is denoted by a tower icon on the Elden Ring Nightreign map. After heading to this location, you’ll find its entrance blocked by a magical barrier that bears the Raya Lucaria symbol. To unlock this barrier, you’ll need to destroy a blue seal that’s located nearby. This seal shares the same symbol as seen on the barrier, and you can destroy it by using a melee weapon or a ranged bow.

The seal’s location is randomized, but it always spawns close to the tower itself. Across our 60 hours of playtime, we found the seals in these five locations:

  • Placed right above the blue barrier near the tower entrance.
  • Hidden behind breakable bricks on the side of the tower.
  • On the floor near a pool of water.
  • Hidden within a tree stump that runs around when you get close to it.
  • Hidden within a bush that can be identified by spotting a blue glow. Run through the bush to destroy the seal.

While these are the seal locations we’ve discovered so far, the game could possibly feature even more. If that is the case, we’ll update this guide accordingly.
