Dribbling is receiving a major facelift in EA FC 26, thanks to improvements to core systems behind the mechanic. Powered by the community’s feedback, the devs are aiming to deliver a dribbling experience that feels more responsive than ever before, paired with some flashy new skill moves to bamboozle your opponents on the pitch. This year’s new inclusions feature an explosive stepover, an emphatic rainbow flick, a drag-back chop, and more. The title will also make skill moves more accessible than ever via the new Simplified Skill Moves feature. With this in mind, we’ve put together a guide on all the new skill moves coming to EA FC 26.

EA FC 26 Simplified Skill Moves Explained
The new Simplified Skill Moves option aims to make skill moves more accessible for all players. It can be enabled in the Accessibility menu or by pressing the right stick in any of the 4 main directions during matches. Depending on the player’s Skill Move Star Rating, the feature lets players pull off contextual skill moves with a single flick of the right stick. Here are all the skill moves that can be executed using the option:
- 1-2 Star Skill Moves
- Right Stick Forward – Low Skill Roulette
- Right Stick Left / Right – Ball Roll
- Right Stick Back – Feint Forward and Turn
- 3-4 Star Skill Moves
- Right Stick Forward – Roulette
- Right Stick Left / Right – Stop and Turn
- Right Stick Back – Feint Forward and Exit
- 5-Star Skill Moves
- Right Stick Forward – 3 Touch Roulette
- Right Stick Left / Right – Drag Turn
- Right Stick Back – Flair Nutmeg 180
For balancing, Simplified Skill Moves take longer to perform than their conventional counterparts, are harder to chain (max 3 in a row), and are slightly more error-prone.
