You can safely bet on most of the promos mentioned being featured in EA FC 26. This includes staples such as TOTY, TOTS, and FUTTIES, which basically define the different phases of the game’s annual cycle. EA have shown a fondness for newer campaigns such as Thunderstruck, Trailblazers, and Centurions, and we expect them to return this year as well.
Further down the list, we’ve got Path to Glory, which has been themed around International competitions in both FC 24 (Men’s Euros and Copa America) and FC 25 (Women’s Euros). With 2026 being a FIFA World Cup year, there’s a solid possibility of EA putting together a temporary licensing deal that brings the tournament to Ultimate Team. If not, we might just see them run a World Cup-themed event under a more ambiguous name.
What are Promos in FC 26 Ultimate Team?
Promos in EA FC 26 are limited-time campaigns that typically run on a weekly or bi-weekly schedule. These events carry a distinct theme and introduce high-rated cards to the game mode, alongside a variety of SBCs and Evolutions. Some promos, such as Road to the Knockouts, bring live cards, whose ratings are upgraded over time in conjunction with the player’s real-life performance.
Aside from the promos listed on our calendar, you can almost certainly look forward to seeing the likes of Shapeshifters, Showdown Series, and other new events to fill the gaps in between the major campaigns. Details on these will be drip-fed throughout FC 26’s annual cycle.
When are New EA FC 26 Promos Released?
New promos are always released on Fridays at 1 PM ET (6 PM BST/10 AM PT). This doesn’t mean there’s a new promo every week since EA can opt to release multiple squads of a specific campaign instead. An example of this is FC 25’s Shapeshifters, which ran for an entire month, featuring four different squad releases.
With that said, it’s always worth logging in on Fridays since the devs make sure to drop some form of new content, be it new EVOs, SBCs, or Challenges.
