How to Disable Fleets on Twitter for Android and iOS

Following Snapchat Stories, almost every social media platform brought Stories in some way or the other on their platform. From Instagram to WhatsApp and now Twitter, Stories are making their way and becoming a more mainstream way to instantly consume content on smartphones. However, if you are put off by Fleets on Twitter (Twitter’s equivalent to Stories) and want to disable it straight away then you have come to the right place. Here, we show you how to disable Fleets on Twitter in a simple 3-point guide. So without further ado, let’s begin.

Disable Fleets on Twitter

1. To disable Fleets on Twitter, you will have to mute each Fleet on Twitter. Once you have muted all of the Fleets, Twitter will stop showing the Fleets bar on the top. To do so, tap and hold on a Fleet and choose “Mute @TwitterHandle”. Next, select “Mute Fleets”.
