Crimson Desert has an incredible variety of abilities that stem from its main interdependent skill tree. The game has some of the best combat in RPGs, and all of it is largely dependent on the uniqueness of its skill system. Full Crimson Desert Skill Tree

Crimson Desert has a massive skill tree, separated into three main categories. These categories are Stamina, Spirit, and Health, denoted by the colors Blue, Green, and Red, respectively. The three main categories meet at the centre on the following skill:
- Falling Palm: Unleash a powerful blow to the ground by harnessing the force of the fall and channeling all your Stamina into the strike.
This skill is unlocked only after the skill category of one of the three is completed, and it unlocks a massive damage-dealing ability for Kliff Mcduf. With that said, let’s take a look at all Crimson Desert skills for every category.
Crimson Desert Blue Skills
The blue skill tree is the stamina category, and it also features some of the strongest abilities in Crimson Desert. Check out the full list of Crimson Desert stamina skills here:
- Stamina (up to level 16): Energy consumed to evade and perform various actions.
- Unarmed Combat (up to level 5): A technique for striking enemies with your bare fists.
- Scissor Takedown: Trip the enemy by wrapping your legs around them from a low stance.
- Unarmed Combat Mastery I: Unarmed Combat skill combos have been added.
- Unarmed Combat Headstart II: Lunge forward while throwing a barrage of punches.
- Unarmed Combat Headstart III: Gather your strength to unleash a torrential barrage of strikes.
- Pump Kick: Leap high and deliver a powerful double kick to send enemies flying.
- Giant Swing: Grab the enemy and throw them with a spin.
- Dropkick: Launch your body forward and strike the enemy with both feet to send them flying.
- Vault: Step on a nearby enemy to leap over them and land behind their back.
- Flying Kick: Fly toward the Enemy in midair and kick them twice.
- Metero Kick: Slam your foot down with precision from high above.
- Grappling (up to level 5): Performs a grab attack.
- Throw: Grab and throw enemies to reposition them.
- Restrain: Take the enemy hostage.
- Lariat: Slam the enemy hard into the ground.
- Back Hang: Cling to specific targets to attack or escape danger.
- Lariat Follow-up: Chain multiple Lariat skills in a row.
- Clothesline: Catch the enemy while running to slam them down.

- Improved Evasive Shot II: Fires two arrows in rapid succession when using Evasive Shot.
- Explosive Evasive Shot: Fire a powerful arrow into the ground to leap into the air and evade enemy attacks.
- Charged Shot: Gather the power of the wind to fire an even more powerful arrow.
- Armed Combat (up to level 5): The most basic skill for attacking enemies with your weapon.
- Evasive Slash: Slash while backstepping to evade enemy attacks.
- Charge: Charge toward the enemy with your Shield raised to deliver a powerful impact.
- Rush: Put your full body weight into a strike to counter enemy attacks.
- Quick Swap: Perform an attack by rapidly switching between your Main Weapon and sub-weapons.
- Forward Slash (up to level 3): Advance with large strides, delivering powerful slashes to enemies.
- Improved Forward Slash I: Take a large stride forward and follow through all the way to the finishing slash.
- Forward Slash Mastery: You have mastered the Forward Slash, ensuring the attack never misses its mark.
- Shield Bash: Block incoming attacks with your shield while simultaneously striking the enemy.
- Turning Slash (up to level 3): Charge up your strength and spin into a powerful downward strike that blows enemies away.
- Double Turning Slash: Perform an additional powerful Slam attack after Turning Slash.
- Turning Slash Mastery: Mastery of the Turning Slash allows you to ignore the enemy’s Super Armor and knock back.

- Stab (up to level 3): Quickly thrust forward to inflict Bleed.
- Swift Stab: Follow up with an immediate slash after a successful stab.
- Skewer: Follow up immediately with a Grappling attack upon a successful hit.
- Aerial Stab: Perform a forward-moving stab while in the air.
- Stab Mastery: Having mastered the art of the thrust, you can now pierce through your opponent’s defenses, ignoring their Super Armor during a Stab Attack.
- Sword Flurry (up to level 2): Perform a short leap and slash the enemy while spinning.
- Enhanced Spinning Slash I: Enables consecutive Spinning Slash attacks.
- Blinding Flash: Reflect light to temporarily disrupt the enemy’s vision.
- Blinding Flash Finisher: Lunge at an enemy disrupted by Blinding Flash to perform a rapid flurry of attacks.
Crimson Desert Green Skills
The green skills are the spirit category. The spirit is required to execute skills and actions. This category has really good counter skills, so make sure to get them to enhance your combat experience.
- Spirit (up to level 14): Power consumed to execute skills and special actions.
- Nature’s Echo (up to level 3): Summon phantom clones that mimic attacks.
- Echoing Forward Slash: Creates an illusion that uses Forward Slash to attach.
- Echoing Spinning Slash: Summon an echo that performs a Spinning Slash to attack enemies.
- Echoing Stab: Summon an echo that performs a Stab attack.
- Nature’s Snare (up to level 3): Rotate your energy to create a Nature’s Snare that blocks projectile attacks.
- Nature’s Retribution: Unleash your focused energy in an instant to attack enemies.
- Nature’s Veil: Anchor the focused energy in its place for a moment.
- Keen Senses (up to level 3): Harness the power of nature to enhance momentary movements.
- Parry: Parry the enemy attack perfectly.
- Backstep: Escape from an imminent threat.
- Counter: Predict the enemy’s movements to strike first.
- Evasive Roll: Dodge an incoming hit by rolling quickly.
- Double Jump: Jump again by stepping on air or the enemy.
- Focus (up to level 3): Enter a state of Focus, causing time to slow down around you.
- Focused Insight: While maintaining Focus, you can use Insight to read enemy attacks and count with L1.
- Focused Repulsion: Pressing R1 knocks back everything around you.
- Force Palm (up to level 5): Condense energy in your hands and release it all at once to deliver an Unarmed Combat Strike. Reduces the target’s Defense.
- Aerial Force Palm: Unleash your energy toward the floor while midair ot leap even higher.
- Healing Force Palm: Strikes with healing energy to restore the health of the target.
- Additional Palm Strikes I: Force Palm can be used for up to two consecutive Unarmed Combat strikes.
- Additional Palm Strikes II: Allows you to perform up to three consecutive Force Palm Strikes.
- Nature’s Grasp: Allows you to lift or move heavy objects.
- Focus Shot (up to level 3): Shoot multiple targets with precision by focusing for a short time.
- Focus Charging Wind: Gather the power of the wind during Focus Shot to fire a rapid succession of powerful arrows.
- Focused Evasive Shot: Reposition with a Roll to enter a state of Focus Shot.
- Force Palm Pulse: Follow up Force Palm with a swift, powerful strike.
- Focused Palm: Unleash a Force Palm that penetrates the target’s inner core.
- Light Falling Palm: While swinging, blast energy toward the ground to deliver a powerful strike.
- Force Current: Channels Force Palm energy through Axiom Force to perform a long-range Unarmed Combat attack.
Crimson Desert Red Skills
The red tree is the Health category, which is also the shortest of all three. This category includes elemental infusions, so get them if you want to wield the elements in Crimson Desert.
- Health (up to level 18): Endure damage taken during combat.
- Mystical Storage: Seal the object inside a Kuku Iron Pot using Axiom Force.
- Fist of Flame: Imbue your fists with fire and charge forward. Can be used while casting other skills.
- Veil of Fog: Deploy smoke to escape the enemy’s line of sight.
- Imbue Elements (up to level 4): Master the ability to manipulate the elements at will, allowing you to imbue various skills with elemental power.
- Elemental Turning Slash: Imbue Turning Slash with an element.
- Elemental Charged Shot: Imbues the Charged Shot with elemental power.
- Elemental Force Palm: Imbue Force Palm with an element.
- Elemental Meteor Kick: Imbue Meteor Kick with the power of Lightning.
- Mantle of Frost: Freeze the surroundings to create a protective barrier.
- Surge of Sparks: Release electricity into the ground to create a shock area.
- Axiom Force (up to level 3): Use Axiom Force to achieve the impossible.
- Aerial Maneuver: Use Axiom Force to leap across long distances in an instant.
- Aerial Swing: Use Axiom Force to swing like a pendulum and leap with momentum.
- Flight (up to level 2): Allows you to glide through the air.
- Swift Flight: Reduce drag to fly at even higher speeds.
- Aerial Roll: Instantly unleash Stamina to perform a high-speed dash.
- Winch: Use Axiom Force to pull enemies in and slam them onto the Floor.
How to Unlock and Upgrade Skills in Crimson Desert

Crimson Desert skills appear in three main categories, as stated above. Every skill category has either a standalone skill or skills with multiple upgrades. There appear to be three main ways to unlock a skill in Crimson Desert:
- Observing enemies or Axiom: One of the main ways to unlock or learn skills in Crimson Desert is by observing enemies or Axioms.
- Abyss Artifact: Another main way to unlock and upgrade skills in Crimson Desert is by using Abyss Artifacts. These can be obtained from defeating bosses.
- Story missions: Certain skills automatically unlock after completing specific story missions.
Other than these three ways, many of the skills in the different categories are co-dependent. So, you may need a certain level of Skill X to upgrade or even unlock Skill Y in Crimson Desert.
